Bought Skywandsr 3pc suitcase and it was delayed from EVRI. The customer service is good and they made sure the cases are delivered before I go to my vacation

Bought a medium case from Morrisons, submitted photos of receipt twice and twice it was rejected, the second time took weeks so I imagine they are anticipating the receipt fading or you losing it. I was going to add to the case to make a set but now I won’t. Life is too short, I don’t control how the receipts look and it’s too easy to reject them based on spurious reasons. Avoid like the plague would be my advice.

I ordered a suitcase for my son but it wasn't the colour he expected so I returned it.

I made a mistake by providing the wrong email address on my order. I contacted customer service and spoke to a chap who rectified my error at their end without issue. He also said I could expect my cases by the end of the week and sure enough they were with me by the Thursday if the same week I ordered. Cases appear to be as advertised so no complaints from me with regard to customer service and delivery.

Bought a hand luggage case from the Morrisons range which came with a 12 month warranty, which required online registration I filled out all the details which turned out to be a request for a warranty. About a week later I received an email from Lugg stating they had rejected my request for the warranty because they couldn’t see the whole date on the receipt. Ridiculous! Not even used the case yet and the zip is twisted. Won’t be purchasing anything else from the company and I’m glad I had only purchased one as I was going to get the whole set.

Purchased what was described as a "Waterproof phone pouch" by the Lugg packaging, contact details were for a company called Keplin Group Ltd based in London CV37 8QR.
The pouch looked OK initially till checked the back and realised that there was a slit entry point which rather destroyed the "waterproof" claim, I contacted Keplin to ask about it and eventually received a garbled email as to where I purchased the item etc. All I wanted was info on why and what the slit in the back was about...anyway in short I decided to return it to seller as could see I wasn't going to get any useful info from Lugg/Keplin just a request to return the item.

All 4x suitcases had faulty Zip Locks.
No customer service. Ended up having to break into the locks & buy new suitcases.

Luggage set, not delivered and it appears to be an issue with the courier, but no notification that it had been lost or not available, could not get any guarantees regarding delivery, although they would state that it would be delivered in 2 - 3 days and when you check the track code, for the delivery company, they stated that they did not have the parcel. I would ask the Lugg are more honest and open about the deliveries and if they actually have the product. This product is still being shown online but I am aware that there is still an issue with this set - Lugg Jetset 3 piece luggage set

Awful company, poor customer service, ordered 4 suitcases didn’t arrive, Calle the company reassured will be sent via express delivery, still didn’t arrive day before my flight, two weeks and couldn’t get items delivered on time, avoid

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered and didn't receive the item for over a week. It should have arrived 2-3 days as per their shipping policy. I emailed them and they said it got lost in the post - they have refunded me though.

Absolutely joke of a company, brought a suitcase and they sent the wrong side. Sent this back for them to tell me they didnt received it! I had to lay for something I sent back, tried to contact them but they just keep sending me the same email over and over without acknowledgement what ive written. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

2 medium suitcases bought at Morrisons for £25 each. Wheels are smooth, handle works fine and compartments inside. Zip works too. Thin outer case.
It's only going in cars not a flight so won't get bashed about. Absolutely fine for price.

Avoid this company. I believe it is a scam, no item received, no one replies to emails or messages, no refund provided. Use them at your peril.

I'd give less than 1 star if I could. I ordered online 10 days ago and have never received my order, I've made multiple calls with reassurance that the parcel will be with me in the next 1-2days but it has never arrived. No update on tracking from DPD and when I've contacted DPD they have no record of ever receiving my parcel. Yet again got through to Lugg after multiple attempts to be met with DPD have lost it (i dont think it was ever sent to them) and they will issue me a refund. Hopefully I actually get my money refunded, what a strange company, I will never use again and will be filing a fraud claim with my back. How others have ever received their order I will never know! Very frustrated and back to the drawing board looking for cases!

never sent item i called them they answered phone by saying hello. I sent 4 emails and kept telling me it was coming. I spoke to DPD they are known for raising a tracking number then not giving them the item. Upon reviewing the owner has had 3 companies with similar titles same director and all resolved even luggage online resolved in 2023 but taking money online. said they then refunded money but still have not. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I’d give less if I could. Ordered 2 cases. Been a week since they said it was dispatched and still the courier is waiting for them to turn up. No reply to emails and nobody answers the phone. Scam artists DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES.

Ordered suitcases a week ago and they still haven’t been dispatched. Emailed a couple of times and no reply have also tried the phone numbers numerous times nobody answers the phone just rings and rings. My advise would be to pay abit extra and deal with a proper company.

Brought suitcases in August 24, used on one holiday in September 24 . Suitcase wheel on one of the suitcases completely broken on the outward journey (so only lasted 1xflight!) . Amazon did not help atal

Then when I contacted lugg directly they said they can’t do anything as it was bought via Amazon? Even though it is a lugg product? Full evidence of purchase given.

Absolutely do not buy from this company.

I bought luggages from Here however it got lost by courier, not blaming the seller. So i immediately contacted customer support and they sent me a replacement for next day
Best quality suitcase at this price. Best customer support. Top-notch client service I had a conversation with Niha, who was the greatest and got me through.
