Waited 23 days for something that was the wrong size ☹️

I ordered a sweatshirt on October 23rd. After two weeks and missing a birthday deadline. I contacted them by telephone, was promised it had been sent out already. Then by email, and was told it was being processedin their warehouse??? I then contacted them againon the the 4th week telling them to cancel order, as is my consumer rights. I got ignored. I then got an email, telling me the order would be with me by Saturday. Saturday came and went. NO ORDER AS PROMISED. I've no interest in this order now as it was for a military veteran on a special day that was missed.
They then had the cheek to send out an email informing me I would receive the order soon. NO THANK YOU. AFTER 30 DAYS OF NO COMMUNICATION THEN LIES.

Placed an order for a new blazer, trousers and shirt.arrived 5 days before needed for Remembrance Sunday parade.

Wrong buttons on blazer trousers wrong size.

Couldn't find a tailor who would complete alteration before the weekend so my Father, whom the clothes were for, could not attend.

83 years old, ex Guards Para Coy.
Most of his comrades are dead now and his brother was killed in service in The Troubles.

It was probably the last opportunity an old man had to parade in honour of his pals and family that have gone to glory.......and you took that away from him with your gross ineptitude.

Recently got a reply from this Cowboy on his Facebook page. He admitted fault but offered no recourse in order to resolve the situation.

Taking money, from a disabled Veteran and War Pensioner on a very limited income, and failing to deliver.

Hope that you're really proud of yourself.

You are not a good man, Andrew and JSC is a horrible company to deal with.

Ordered a blazer with RAMC crest in the long option with corps buttons, I thought I might have ordered too late for it to arrive before remembrance Sunday given I ordered on the 5th November 2023 but it arrived in plenty time. I found the size perfect and the quality is good and the badge embroider directly onto pocket really stands out. I've seen the negative reviews but I based upon my experience can only say positive things. It was easy to order and a very smooth transaction from order to delivery. I am very happy with my blazer the quality and fit and at a reasonable price also.

Wanted to order some kit for remembrance Sunday as I am a veteran before the cut off, so I emailed them a few questions before I ordered. Shockingly they did not respond to any of my emails so they lost a sale. I have no confidence that this site is legitimate. They have let me down.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!
They will happily take your money, tell you they have sent your order and play you along so that you miss the deadline with your credit card company to complain. But the product never shows up and they stop responding to emails. They are not to be trusted.

Total Ripoff, should have read the reviews first. 14 days to process a t shirt after paying. Then no t shirt, no answering emails, no answering phone calls, just answering machine with no reply. As of Aug 29 still no t shirt.
THEY SHOULD BE PROSECUTED.....

Order finally arrived.
It did take its time but I'm more than happy with my order.
Took a few emails etc.
Hopefully they back on track now.

Terrible Company. Took my money over two months ago. Won't answer email or phone calls. Had to put in a dispute with my credit card company today. Avoid at all costs.

Very friendly and helpful staff when I ordered new buttons for my Dads army blazer. Quality of the buttons was great and the DCLI coat of arms was very clear and precise. Would definitely recommend.

Always had professional service from Andy. Despite one of my orders going missing (due to RM) he organised a replacement along with £200 worth of extra freebies for the inconvenience caused. Kept his word and had delivery within 12 hours. Fantastic!

Fake shop! Scam! Fraud!
They will confirm your order online and take your money but will not deliver anything.
If any communication by email, then it will stop after telling you one time lies about delay and soon delivery.
Phone is not picked up. Adress is an empty place. Its all fake!!!

Fantastic services I ordered a blazer for my husband which was a very obscure unit and not only did it arrived in 5 days Joint Services even managed to engrave the buttons to match the badge which was fantastic. I inadvertently order the wrong size trousers and they send out a replacement pair and would not accept any money for extra postage cost. Outstanding service.One very happy customer.

Ordered a blazer for a funeral.
Royal mail lost the item, customer services at JSC chased the item down and ensured it arrived on time, they even had another item ready to send special delivery to ensure I had it on time.

I commented to my wife about the excellent customer service.

Upon coming on here to leave my review I was shocked to see a number of bad reviews, this is certainly not what I experienced.

I will certainly order from this company again. My item is as described, fits perfectly and was delivered on time, to my tight schedule, with good communication all the way through.

Ordered polo shirts for a trip abroad and had text embroidered on the underside of the shirt with custom messages unique to each party. Great jokes and services all round.
