Do not use, the company are fake, I ordered a drill top on the 20th of March, it still hasn't arrived!
I have emailed numerous times with no response and telephoned with out any reply.
They have ripped me off for £54 and I find it disgusting that they trade as a company serving veterans.
It's now July and I have to accept that I will never see my drill top or a refund so do yourself a favour and do not use

Blazer ordered 8 weeks ago. Event it was required for has been and gone. No response to emails or calls . Refund requested however still getting the silent treatment. Absolutely shocking customer service. Didn't want to believe the poor reviews but unfortunately they are true.

I ordered two Royal Signals regimental badges for leather motorcycle jacket, with the offer of a "Free printed Tee shirt with your own Choice of wording". Also asked for prices on similar, AFCENT Jacket Badges. I spoke with J.S.C after receiving only one cloth badge of moderate quality, made from black and white cotton with no embroidery for £12.50. I was assured this was an oversight and would be corrected. It was not corrected , My later conversations with J.S.C were reassuring promises to send requested information "within the hour" (sic) and to fulfill the contract. However no stress on 'which hour'; and, as it has been several weeks, I hold little hope I will see either goods, information, or a refund of my cash balance of £32.34. Reluctantly, I would recommend buyers be wary of ordering on this site. The leaflets are very good and promise much but deliver little but plausible promises followed by silences with no action.

It doesn't even deserve 1 star but won't let me not click on stars so had to give 1 star
I ordered the item the beginning of April, still waiting, does not answer emails then when he did he said the item has been dispatched gave a tracking id yet the delivery company advise he is still preparing the item when I called and he eventually answered I asked why it says that on the delivery company website, he has the cheek to tell me that it says it has been dispatched at his end because it is a company and it says different on my side!!!!! WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH, this was a birthday present for a relative for middle of May, yet still waiting he now ignores emails and does not answer phone. He won't even acknowledge my email advising to cancel and to refund me instead !!! just ignores and does not reply or answer phone!

Ordered Blazer, trousers and a shirt on 13th Jan, part of the order was me sending them my RAF crest badges (which I did) to be fitted with velcro backing, after numerous calls i finally got hold of Andrew Hall, who on 3 occasions told me the Blazer would be with me, even one time as the day i needed it approached he promised to ship it to my brothers for a wedding, never arrived. Phone calls after this never got answered. I then sent two letters by recorded and signed for method, still no response, Im this week going to small claims court. the date is now May 14th. I just cant understand why they do this take your money and fail to send goods, in my mind this isnt bad customer service its theft. How they can be allowed to get away with this by trading standards is beyond me, what they get from acting this way is beyond me.

My order has not arrived .had an email stating its been posted .then three days layer i phoned and asked where is it .the answer ." Its just being finished off . I hate being lied to.5 days on still not arrived so .contacted my bank for a cash grab back from this company. I've been in touch with trading standards and two other sections of the community up there .they will be visiting Andrew and co in the near future .

I ordered from these before noticing the online feedback. Whilst my order did experience a delay, I found they communicated well, compensated for the delay and remained polite, courteous and apologetic. Items arrived well packaged, as ordered and are of good quality. I would definitely order again.

Just received my money back via lloyds bank from the sham scam company and its. W⚓️ owner Andrew who despite coughing up my money ,will be receiving a visit shortly . This wipe needs a slap ..
So if you have paid money to this filth bucket then contact your bank through settings and get it back .
Military services and stipe payments need contacting aswell as this thief needs stopping asap ..He is relying on lots of people just " letting it go as a scam " and doing nothing ..
Took a week to get the money back which the W ⚓️ didnt contest even though he lied again about saying he sent the stuff..Trust me he is lying to you too .Contact your bank and get your money back .

Ordered and paid for bespoke rugby shirt , heard nothing for over a month (Despite website quoting a max of 20 days delivery) Emailed to ask what the situation was, told large items and embroidery take longer, will give you a free sweatshirt and order with me within 7 days. It is now 3 weeks later - Andrew Hall has stopped replying to email and phone doesnt get answered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Do not send this company money. When he eventually answers the phone, he will lie saying goods have been sent when they obviously haven't. Having to get my bank to obtain a refund.

Ordered Blazer with regimental badge 30/03/26 arrived 18/04/26. Considering 1 Easter weekend plus a normal weekend and the state of Royal Mail these days, delivery great, Blazer & badge perfect, many thanks.

I ordered 2 shirts, Blazer and trousers over a month ago, still not arrived. Have twice sent emails asking for any information on my order. But have not received the courtesy of a reply. Do not buy from this company. Misleading delivery dates and no contact if it all goes wrong.UPDATE ( 2 months Later).... After numerous ( "it's being posted today" phone calls and emails, requesting cancellation of my order and a refund, I eventually had to go through my credit card company to get a refund.

Ordered a blazer for a funeral - I knew the delivery time would be up to 10 working days so I called on day 2 and asked if it could be posted by next day delivery and I would pay the extra cost. I received the blazer within 48 hours at no extra charge. Perfect fit. Thank you so much for the excellent service

Avoid this company.

I ordered a Blazer, shirt and trousers from JSC in November. Blazer was ok, shirt wasn't the greatest of quality, but the trousers they sent were the wrong size to what I had ordered.

I emailed and also rang to mention about the trousers, to which they said they would send out the correct size.

5 Months on and the trousers still haven't arrived and they now ignore all emails and calls.

I wouldn't recommend this company at all and would avoid completely.

Ordered items on 20th Feb still not delivered. No response to emails sent.
I cannot in all honesty recommend this company, it seems based on other reviews to be very hit and miss.

Avoid I'm afraid...not worth the hassle.

Natalie is the star of the show. I ordered my blazer and trousers for the funeral of Lt Cdr John Knight RNR. I had sent the HMS Eaglet OBA badge to JSC so that it could be professionally sewn onto the blazer, and JSC kindly shortened the trousers at no extra cost. As time passed, I became increasingly concerned that I would not have the kit in time. In desperation, I phoned again the day before the funeral, and Natalie answered; she instantly knew about the order, she also knew it was packed and due to be shipped, and she also promised to send it “Special Delivery before 1pm”. She then kept me updated by email, and, with barely one hour before I had to set off the following day, my kit arrived, and so I was properly dressed and, as part of the guard of honour, was able to give Lt Cdr Knight the respect he deserved.

Order a blazer 6 weeks before I needed it, turned up 2 months past the date, when told not to send as i wanted a full refund.
It arrives and i state its being returned plus AGAIN a refund.

Ive sent the blazer back and now they dont communicate and I still have no refund even with the blazer returned to them.

Do not order anything from them!

I ordered in December and no package arrived.
Emailed a couple of times and didn't get a response so went online to check reviews and got to see all these negative ones so just thought I had been bumped and wrote it off as another Internet lesson learned for me.
Then they replied, possibly Andrew?, with an email saying the parcel had been delivered to a post office almost two weeks earlier, added on a screenshot of all the Royal Mail courier info also.
Went down and it had been scanned but no email was sent out to me saying to pick it up as it had been forwarded and used a separate consignment number at that point.
Neither of our faults.

The quality of the stitching in the t-shirts is fantastic. Super clear in the smallest details of it as the badge is, like all military kit, over complicated for no reason...

Shirts were gifts for ground crew as I passed through a base for the wall of their off base ganghut and they currently stand out on the wall behind their bar.
Hoody was for an old salt in S.A. and hailed back to his Rhodesian days. To find that badge anywhere was incredible for me as I was trying to find a decent copy online to rip and email to get printed on clothing.
Again, amazing quality of hoody and stitching was thread perfect. Heavier than what I expected and a lot better than the ones I had printed previously.
Also annoying for me that the printed ones from a military friendly company were about the same cost as these stitched ones.

I'll defo order more stuff from them based on these tshirts and the hoody now that I know they are not a scam.

Also, it is a small niche business so I hope they stay on top of the customer service emails as I had resigned myself to having lost the order.
I'd have been a lot more chill if I had even got an automated " were looking into it " email.

Bottom line, really good swag, amazing detail and decent quality clothing.

I hope this review helps people decide to give them a chance.
