As a veteran of 23 years and wanting to represent my former Corps with appropriate dress on Remembrance Sunday, I ordered from joint service foolishly without checking reviews first. A company using the name Joint Services Clothing gave me the impression that the standard of clothing and service would be something similar to the military tailors who provide such a quality service to serving soldiers all around the country, I couldn't be further from the truth of it.
Firstly the delivery while not exactly prompt, did arrive eventually. I ordered a Corps Blazer (no badge but with buttons) and a shirt. The clothes were stuffed into the smallest plastic postal bag they could possible have used and both garments were folded and creased extensively, not an issue for the shirt obviously but the blazer looked a complete mess. The Blazer itself was a complete joke, the regiment buttons were the cheapest crap I have ever seen with the Corps Badge not even central to the circular button and they looked awful, black with grey/white printing. The blazer itself was cheap tat, it still had the manufacturers label on it which stated that it was a school blazer. I'd be embarrassed to attach my medals and wear such a shabby garment on a remembrance parade.
The white shirt was obviously made of cheap cotton and seriously poor quality. I have a number of shirts purchased from shops such as next much higher quality cotton and with fantastic textures.
I contacted JSC to return my items, they answered the phone on the first occasion I called and said that they would send me a returns label by email that afternoon. Nothing. I have then proceeded to contact them on multiple occasions over the course of 3 weeks and leave a number of answer phone messages. Not once have I had my call answered or have they responded to my messages and returned my call.
If I could give them zero stars I would, but can't. If you are reading these reviews JSC sort your customer service out, you're borderline scamming people with the price you charge for your products for the tat you deliver. If I wanted to wear school uniform to a parade that means so much to so many I'd just go down Tescos....

Recommended by my daughter as I needed a gift for an ex sapper. Replacement buttons were superbly engineered. He is about to order a new beret for a reunion. Can't believe the poor reviews as everything went so smoothly.

Quality was excellent, I've ordered kit from other sites and T shirts etc have shrunk even on a wool wash, these haven't, they're not the usual Fruit of the Loom.
(Bought them a week ago so I've washed them).

Only gave 1 star because I couldn't give no star. I guess I'm not going to get my baseball cap after all. Phone calls, messages, emails ignored.

Don’t always trust reviews
Ordered a blazer and sent my own badge to be attached. I received an email informing me my item had been sent and a tracking number. The package did not arrive. After reading the reviews on the company I was worried my item would not arrive as had happened, especially as the badge I had supplied is no longer available. The company was hard to contact by phone and emails were nearly never answered. After contacting and now obviously some hard work by the company my item arrived nearly 2 weeks after it was sent. The blazer is good quality and nice workmanship sewing the pocket badge on. I would have given 5 stars but think they should have each item scanned by their courier on receipt and have better contact arrangements.
Attach new crest.
I bought a RAF Blazer last year and was extremely satifisfied with the item and the service I received. A year later our Association changed its crest and I contacted the company with regard to covering the RAF Crest with the new one.
The offer to replace the crest free of charge came within 2 days. I sent the jacket and new badge on 3rd September and received my jacket back today. You wouldn't even know it wasn't the original one!! And the bonus..... Joint Service Clothing somehow copied the design onto buttons and also provided and attached them free of charge!!
I cannot thank you enough!! A lovely surprise to come home to on a Friday evening.

Well I’m still awaiting my order that I placed in March, the last correspondence I had from this crap company was in July he sent me this message.
Hi I will email you when in the office tomorrow I have finally found out re the customs issue, it is not Jersey UK apparently this has been in New Jersey USA the Royal Mail totally screwed up, US Post have sent this back it should be here in the next few days and once here we will send out with some free items to match the value of the blazer rgds Andrew.
Obviously using the fact I live in Jersey for his piss poor performance. I’ve now applied to my bank to refund me the £179.00

I ordered a new blazer with regimental insignia
I ordered a new blazer with regimental badge as my old one no longer fitted me and I needed one urgently. The company was contacted by phone and the situation explained and within two days I took delivery of my new blazer. There was a problem with the fit so the company was called again and an exchange arranged, I received the replacement the following day but it was incorrect . The company was called again and it was two days before I needed it and they sent me the correct garment the following day and it was spot on. A mistake had been made but the member of staff owned it and resolved the situation to a very satisfactory level, no postage charges were incurred. This is the second time I have used this company and have received nothing but highly respectful customer service, I would recommend to anyone.

Do not order from this company! They are fraudsters / scammers who take your money and do not deliver!
Made 2 orders in June and neither arrived despite e mails stating that they would. They do not answer the phone or provide detailed e mail responses. Reported to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice and to Action Fraud (Police). Reported to my Bank to try and get a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Avoid like the plague, no customer service, no delivery . After nearly 3 months they then asked for further details via trust pilot, saying they might not recognise it as genuine. Says it all really. Laughable

I have been waiting weeks for my order a polo shirt to be delivered I finally had an email from Andrew Hall who said it woke delivered the next day and that tracking would be provided but I've had nothing I've sent Andrew Hall and email warning of escalation in the courts unless I get a refund in 3 days and a letter will go to the trading standards. DO NOT trust this site.

I ordered a fleece in early May 25 for a birthday gift it still hasn’t arrived, no response to my emails and when I called they lied and said they would send it special delivery next day and I am still waiting! Ordered items in March 25 and now it is the middle of June 25 with nothing delivered. I contacted the company two weeks ago and was told my order was being delivered the next day, which seems to be their go to response. I am now contacting Barclaycard to refund the order as i have obviously been scammed here. I would advise all to stay clear of Joint Services Clothing. I shall look to make enquires on their statement of holding the licensing for MOD badges and insignia etc.

I ordered an item for my brothers birthday in early April, I was told 10/15 days delivery by there web site. It is now the middle of June and I am still waiting. Going to contact my bank with reference to a charge back. I would leave no stars if possible. I have sent many, many, emails with no response and have called many, many times and it just goes straight to the answer phone. The place is a scam or a front.

Absolute shambles of a company. I don't know how they're still in business?? I placed an order in February, says 10 working days delivery. I emailed them and called but no answer for weeks. As soon as I recalled my money through the bank, they were in touch. Said my order would get posted that day (28/03/25). Still no invoice or badge. Keep away from these 🤠🤠🤠

Paid for a polo shirt which did not arrive and so emailed and got an excuse it would be with me with a couple of days. Two months later still no shirt or response to emails and calls.
I went on my banking app and disputed the transaction explaining why and got a refund within hours from the bank.
