Theives, stole my money, delivered no product
I purchased a British Naval Ship crested cap from them, yet it never came.
I sent at least half a dozen emails, nobody had the common courtesy to get back to me.
I phoned them up, when I started explaining the problem, they did not respond and then hung up on me.
I'm a veteran, wanted a baseball cap of one of my old ship, these advertised they could do that. Took my money and gave me nothing in return.
I'm now contacting my bank to declare a fraudulent payment, I have evidence of communications sent and phone calls made.
Go elsewhere, don't use them, they are at present nothing short of theives, they have stole my money

A fellow Lord Strathcona’s (Royal Canadian) and I had ordered blazers and dress shirts from this company. We ordered in 2024 and been fed a steady boatload of excuses. They keep saying that we have a Royal Mail number which turns out to be fictitious. And living on the other side of the pond makes it more difficult to deal with them. Andrew is the supposed leader at Joint Services Clothing. If anyone can help us move this along I would be eternally grateful. This has been going on since October 2024.

This site is a scam I brought a item back in 2024 November and never received my item after endless emails phone calls they gave me nothing but excuses and when I ask for a refund d they never answered DONT BUY
Inexcusable error on a cap bearing RASC badge with Kings Crown…
Cap bearing RASC badge with Kings Crown for my father a SUEZ veteran.
Best avoid this disreputable company. Firstly promise of delivery before Christmas failed.
Secondly and inexcusably when it arrived it bore the king’s crown but still bore the late queen’s cipher. Very poor quality.
Andrew Hall from Joint services clothing acknowledged this error, promised to correct it but nothing was done. After a number of chasing emails that went unanswered I have come to the conclusion that this supplier have no intention to respond. No option for zero stars unfortunately.
All in all shocking. Place an order at risk of being ripped off.

Absolutely abhorrent service. order placed and acepted on the 23rd October with a given time scale of 10 days delivery, goods received 27th December ,my comms were ignored on email,phone ,social media ,needless to say i wont be using this company in the future,
Deeply disappointing service
Deeply disappointing service. Items ordered on 8th Sept with a 10 day delivery deadline. After three weeks I called and the excuses started. On the 8th Nov I was told that two of the four ordered items were going in the mail that day. On the 27th Nov I called and was told that the items had been despatched on the 18th Nov with a 24 delivery and Royal Mail recorded tracking number. I pointed out that Royal Mail were sometimes a bit late but 9 days on a 24 hr service was not their form! Mr Hall then promised to get onto RM and have an answer back to me in 2 hrs. Failed, but no surprise there. I asked for the tracking number and took it into the post office. RM had no record of the number in their system. I called back the next day and demanded a refund there and then and made him do it whilst I was in the call. I am expecting the refund in 3-7 days. We’ll see. I then pointed Mr Hall to this site and he didn’t care about the reviews. There is a man who has a dreadful approach to business and customer service. Give this company a wide berth. I only wish I’d come to this site first.

Placed order 2nd Oct as husbands birthday 17th. Order states 10 days for delivery. After many e-mails, most unanswered and a phone call, the item arrived 15th Nov, note I did ask for a refund at one point which clearly fell on dead ears. Wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews first as would have avoided like the plague, never knew if my order was going to be delivered or would have to try and get money back through my bank. Would never order from this site again. However, have given 2 stars as when the order did finally arrive the item was satisfactory.
Answer the emails sitting in your damn in-box!!!
Placed (and *paid* [$$$] for) an order on 2 Sep 2024. It's now 17 Nov 2024 - over two months later - and my (many) emails requesting an order status update and expected ship date continue to go unanswered. *Totally* unprofessional vendor in terms of customer service (answer the emails sitting in your damn in-box!!!).
Beware of dealing with joint services clothing
I received my order but the blazer and trousers did not fit I returned them tracked which they received 7/10/2024. I have sent numerous emails and never received a reply or acknowledgment.
I never for a minute thought anyone using the name joint services would swindle a veteran.

Failure to provide refund for returned goods.
Ordered a long sized Blazer with Military buttons and badge on 27/07/24.
Received Blazer but it was too short so returned it asking for refund of monies.
JSC received this on 09 August.
On 13 August JSC said by email that they would send an extra long replacement blazer. Within minutes I responded by email saying that I did not want a replacement but wanted them to start the refund process as I had previously requested.
They did nothing.
On 15 August they sent me a random email relating to polo shirt order which they had got wrong.
I immediately phoned JSC and and informed them that they had mixed up the order and that I still had not received my refund.
Many apologies later he said that there had been a problem with his pay pal account and that he would immediately transfer my £104.50 from his own account. He also said that he would email me a receipt of the transaction.
No monies or email received. He now refuses to respond to my emails and will not take my calls.
I will now go through my bank for chargeback to get my money back and report this company to Trading Standards.
Corps polo shirt
Paid for a corps polo shirt which never came, sent a a message to Andrew Hall, which wasn't answered, then asked PayPal to intervene, got a message from Andrew Hall saying it would take an extra 10 days on top of the original 10 days. But as I had already waited a month, I ignored this and today I have been refunded by PayPal, REsulted!!!
If you have purchased from this vender and are not satisfied, then I urge you to go to your bank or PayPal, which ever payment method used and ask them to recover your monies for you.
DO NOT BUY FROM JOINT SERVICES

Waited for minimum 2 months when they stated 10 days for the goods.
Quality is okay but nothing special.
Won’t order here again due to mainly the time it took to receive the item and constantly being ignored when I contacted them several times via email.

Hi , thanks for your order, which will be dispatched this week, unfortunately while updating our website this week my IT guy linked the payment gateway to my personal paypal account rather than the company business account and for accounting purposes I have needed to refund your payment from my personal account and re invoice you with the business account. Placed my order on 18/06/24 for blazer with insignia and insignia buttons, grey trousers.
27/06/24 I was contacted and told order was on way with a tracking number. Order arrived today 01/07/24 (I live in Jersey). Blazer looks brilliant trousers perfect fit. I’d definitely recommend this company to everyone, the service I received was exceptional.
