Stay away! I have canceled a subscription, which I carefully tried to make sure I wasn't a part of...3 times now!!! Each time assured it was done! They keep shipping and charging. Solid theft. I don't drink the water fast enough for the hydrogen benefits.

Do not buy from this company , they trick you into a subscription which I did not ask for . After emailing they offered me 50% of the monthly payment which I did not sign up to . I told them I wanted a full refund and they have completely ignored me .

I am growing in understanding the process
I am growing in understanding the importance of hydro water. I use tablets with glass hydrogen generator. Only complaint that I have is the slow rate the tablet desolves. The glass container needs to run twice for 5 minutes before tab is completely dissolved.

On the slow dissolving: a couple of minutes is normal, and our current batch can look darker and take a little longer, but a few tips help. Use cool or room-temperature water (not hot), and let it fully dissolve until the fizzing stops before drinking.

Bad Business Practices
I ordered a box without realizing I was also ordering a subscription. In fact I was trying to make sure I didn't do that because I just wanted to try it out. They obviously have me in the records as a subscriber because I am getting monthly boxes charged and sent. I have emailed them and sent a message from their website with no response. The instructions for cancelling myself online don't work. I am going to have my bank stop payments so I dont' get charged again. I would definitely encourage others not to do business with them.
9/25/26: Since writing my original review I have sent another email, forwarding my order with order info to HydroLabs and I have still had no response from them.
