Despite multiple requests to stop an order that I didn't actively set up, for Subscription - my initial request was to cancel was not implemented, despite your emails saying so. So when it continued & I hit the roof (pensioner, cant afford) you actioned. A properly genuine apology & a refund. Thank you. Go well, Cx

Appreciate the fast response same day to close my account. Somehow to ordered a 3 month supply and also checked reorder subscription. I am not too impressed with the dissolving rate so slow! Also the foil package seals between the pills were compromised.

This is an exceptional company! I've been with them since early August 2026, maybe July actually? The product is very good. The customer service is impeccable!! Its rare to have such a very customer oriented business that goes above and beyond. Im very old, no relatives and disabled so I get $1034 month to live on. I have taxes and truck tags and a big electric bill all due now! It leaves me with abot $15. I reached out and asked if I could return a shipment that's on its way.
They worked it out with me. I couldn't believe it!!! They actually cared about me and my situation! That's just unheard of these days. So all I can tell you is the product is good, it helps me. But the company & their employees are all top notch!!!

The tablets take a long time to dissolve, likely releasing the hydrogen before you ingest it. They structure the buying process so you unwittingly purchase a subscription that you do not realize until you are charged a second time for an order that is already being sent. The cancelation process requires multiple steps and unless you scroll down the appropriate buttons are not on the screen.

Customer Service solved my problem. However, it seems some emails got lost in between the two of us and they were ready to drop the Support when I didn’t answer an email however, I never received that email.

the experience was great once you connected with customer support...the problem is you don't know if there really is any support and if you'll get a response to your email...since there is no phone support.

I was sent an automatic shipment which I did not realize I signed up for. I just wanted to try it and am not nearly ready for more. The feedback has been immediate and helpful, giving me options. This will be resolved and I will be a future customer. Joanna

This has been a regrettable purchase time with your company. After I reached for a third time to stop a subscription I never signed up for, I continue to get product. Although I did get a refund, I came home today to find another package. It is Oct 31, Saturday and another package is here. Please please please take me off your list.
