Laura was absolutely fantastic today, she was very professional and gave me plenty of options for my pension. Nothing was too much trouble for her and anything that I asked her she answered promptly and clearly, explaining everything in a manner that was not full of jargon but in simple terms which I could understand! I have being trying to ascertain how my brother entered into an annuity via hub with Just just two and a bit years
before he passed away with a serious heart issue which existed at the time he took out the annuities.After 4 months of writing commencing in February I have not received an acknowledgement or substantive response.
This is despite providing a copy of the death certificate and will and codicil.If there was a category below one star or even a minus I would give it.
