Very helpful and patient. The process was explained very clearly.

Matt was Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We came to a mutually acceptable agreement and agreed a satisfactory path forward.

Everything was explained clearly and I did not feel pressured. I was shown empathy when I explained that this was being asked for almost a year to the date if the 1st anniversary of my husbands death. He died 17 April last year so it was a year to the day when he had died.
