Buying a house can, at the best of times, be a stressful time. We bought our house in Upper Rissington and the estate agent was Penny and Sinclair based in Burford. Jennifer McCann was the senior consultant who dealt with our purchase. She handled everything professionally and made the whole process seamless. Her great sense of humour added to the ambiance and we were both delighted that she was our liaison throughout. We cant but express our delight that Penny and Sinclair handled our purchase.

We are extremely happy with the property management services we have been receiving from Joanna and the team at Penny & Sinclair. The team is highly responsive, very proactive in keeping us updated on everything about our property (that we absolutely love). Joanna and team have been excellent in anticipating potential issues so that we are ready to take action, quickly address city requirements, helping with finding and getting quotes from contractors for any repairs to the property. We live far away in the states, and with Joanna and team in charge we have never missed our sleep. Thank you Joanna for being an awesome partner for us and ensuring our house on Frenchay road is managed meticulously.

Phoning from out of the country and looking for a home is not easy, however Erling made it much better with his thorough answers and understanding of both my needs and that of the properties qualities.

Communication with them is difficult, they are micromanaging the guests which is intrusive of privacy and frustrating throughout the stay.

In our dealings with Penny and Sinclair, we found that all the employees were equally trustworthy and dedicated to making their interaction with the client totally satisfactory. We would always recommend them for the buying or selling of a property. We liked the fact that it was a local agency, very aware of the conditions prevailing in the area.
