Very efficient and friendly service.

Toby did a great job; he was responsive. Users should, however, be aware that the entire process is pretty much via phone and whatsapp (we had more than a dozen calls and messages). The RegencyFX account isn't very informative; it does not come with instructions or guidance. RegencyFX also does not operate over weekends (MON-FRI only). My transfer to RegencyFX was actioned on a Friday but, with money laundering checks not being done until Monday, the final transfer and conversion did not happen until late on Tuesday - with no updates in-between, whilst everything appeared to be on some unexplained hold. I had hoped for something more instant but instead had to chase for updates via Toby (who, again, did a great job). Also, conversion options (instant, delayed) are not well communicated. In the end, I gained 0.2% in nominal exchange over the nearest competitor by going with RegencyFX. It was a lot of work.
