You’ve got to be kidding me! I ordered a cute thin Kate Middleton pink blazer and received a salmon colored thick/heavy wool-like boxy grandma coat. Without the detailing as pictured. It’s not cute at all and certainly is not a thin jacket one would wear in the spring/summer/or fall as pictured on website photo (with green trees and grass). Same day I emailed for a return and found out it was shipped from Pakistan! Nowhere does the website indicate it’s NOT a US company. No refund offered. I spent $67 for return shipping and nearly 2 months later USPS tracking still states it’s being “processed” in Pakistan. No refund and now I’m out additional return shipping.

Only 5 star reviews on the website that I have to assume are fake as I attempted to leave this review and 2 months later it still has not been posted. I attempted again and I get an error message stating my review is a duplicate (yet the first was never posted). Company is a scam. Do not buy from this site!

Whatever you do, DON"T order from this company. Advertised a discount but when purchased, discount wasn't applied. Emailed several times to get the discount applied. A week later still not applied. Canceled the order. They said it was shipped and will only give back 70% of the cost. Then found out that they didn't send the order. Don't get suckered in!!!

Jacket took forever to arrive as came from Pakistan which wasn't what was on website. At a cost of £160-00. Jacket when eventually arrived was damaged. Second time this has happened with hitjacket. Do not order from this company.

Ordered with a guarantee arrival before Halloween (October 29th or sooner). Item did not arrive until November 3rd.

Company did nothing to help speed up shipping when I inquired. They are offering a return but at the buyers expense for shipping which is expensive.

I would not purchase from this site again due to the hassle of not receiving a product in time and not being able to return easily.

Ordered a David Byrne Big Suit, promised to be delivered by October 27th, before Halloween. Suit didn't arrive until November 2, thanks to a DHL mistake. Company made no effort to rectify situation, then when it finally arrived and fit like a normal suit they told me if I wanted a "comically large" costume suit I'd have to order it custom.

They proceeded to tell me I had to return at my own expense to Pakistan, cheapest method being half the cost of the suit itself. These people are shady hucksters, avoid at all costs.

Fast response from customer service and quality product! Will definitely order from again.

After I canceled my item, I waited 2 weeks for a refund and never got it. I emailed them, they admitted they made a mistake and that I would be getting my refund that day. Still got no refund. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and opened up a dispute on the charge. They tried to hold my refund hostage, stating that either I cancel the dispute and they refund me in 6 hours, or otherwise I'll have to wait 2 weeks to get my refund. I replied and said I did not trust them and would not be dropping the dispute. I finally got my refund the next day.

Tldr: hella sketchy, gotta pull teeth to get a refund. Don't buy from them.

last update: I never received the vest that I ordered and finally, after four months, I received the full refund that was promised three months ago, after many emails and phone calls.

update: It's been a week now and it looks like they lied again, no refund.

update: Now they say they will refund the $42.60 that was promised two months ago. I will update if that even happens. I never did receive the vest that I ordered.

On March 30, 2022 I ordered a leather vest from Hitjacket for $124.
I received a cheap jacket instead. Hitjacket said that my vest was sent to a customer in Sweden and I received their jacket. Hitjacket requested that I send the jacket that I received to the customer in Sweden and they would refund the shipping cost after I send them proof of shipping cost. I did send proof the next day. The customer in Sweden was suppose to send me my vest.
The jacket that I sent to Sweden was "Refused" and returned to me. Hitjacket still refuses to refund the shipping cost of $42.60 that I am out.
I just want my leather vest and will return their jacket, if they send me a shipping label. Paypal has refunded me the original price that I paid, $124., but I am still out $42.60 that they promised to pay for shipping the jacket to Sweden. I will pay any difference owed for the vest.

I ordered a jacket. I cant say enough about the quality. It is impeccable. Exactly as shown on web site-actually better! Workmanship is A-1. Do have patience. They r very exact in quality control. I am sooo pleased with my order n the price was unbelievable!

Jacket came from Pakistan. It was nothing like the jacket that was shown in the picture. The quality is awful and not worth the $100 I paid for the jacket. Then, when I tried to tell hitjacket that the quality was horrible and not what was advertised, they tell me this jacket went through "quality control" and met their standards. They want me to send pictures. Pictures only prove that I received the jacket but they don't explain how unhappy I am with this jacket. Don't waste your money. These people are scam artists and you won't get a refund if you're unhappy. And trust me, you WILL be unhappy. Horrible horrible company!

Poor quality jacket. Nothing like the pictures. Really thin and not made from the material they advertised.

Scam. Canceled order after 10 hours they sent jacket of very poor quality after they assured me my refund was being processed. Then tried to negotiate refund to 35% Also carefully examine positive reviews. First timers with an interesting understanding of English.
