Jason contacted me over Memorial Day weekend answering questions and explained how I could personalize it for only $20 extra. It arrived and holy moley is it ever the real-deal!! Phenomenal leather and 'the colors' are exactly what real Hells Angels wear. I know it's a death sentence if they catch me, but until they do, I'm a bonifide badass Angel!

I ordered a vest from them but the size didn’t work so I asked to exchange it. Keep in mind measurements when ordering! Since they make everything to order they made me a new version. Stellar customer service and fantastic communication. The items may take a while but the quality and service are worth the wait!

Despite the long wait, the communication and quality of product are of 5 star quality. The product runs a little smaller than expected but overall very happy with my purchase.

Customer service was very good. Thomas really helped me through what I thought would be a tedious replacement. He patiently walked me through the process. When I received the replacement garment, it was very well-made. I am quite happy with the outcome and with the continual contact we had via email. I would recommend hitjacket to anyone that wants to know where I got my trench coat.

Custom Sweatshirt looked great on arrival, but after wearing just a couple times and washing for first time (cold handwash) the lettering already peeling off and cracking. After emailing to complain was told that as its been washed they wont refund or replace - totally unhelpful.

I had ordered the Majorie Taylor Green All American Sweater, received it in a timely manner. I ordered the XL and it was a too small through the bust. The next size up was a 2XL, which when I buy that size the arm length is always too long. I loved the sweater and wish I could have worn it. Instead, I gave it to my niece, who can wear it.

These guys are the reason we have custom shirts again, they got the assignment, they understood it and delivered a home run. So happy! We will continue to give them our business over and over again

Now and days good customer service don't exist with many companies. However. I must say hit jacket nailed it when it comes to customer service. They were fast to respond to my email and resolved the problem within hours. I appreciate that very much. I recommend purchasing from this company. The product i purchased is nice. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I work for a clothing company and was hoping for basic customer service practices. Silly me. I paid $175 for 2 jackets and have nothing to show for it. After waiting months and communicating via email with all the random men who would respond to their emails explaining my case each time. I was assured they would handle this matter to my satisfaction and after patiently waiting another month, yesterday they informed me all the can do is offer $25 off a new jacket. WHAT A JOKE and disappointment. Both Fed-ex and Hitjacket.com are to blame for this mistake. Neither want to take responsibility or do the right thing by a customer. Please look to a more reputable company for any jacket purchase.

Disclaimer: this company’s manufacturing isn’t in the states, but that’s not a bad thing. I worked for Zara and Armani and know many products come from Pakistan so giving this company a chance was well worth it.

I have to admit when I first saw the tracking label I felt a bit lied too and when the product arrived it was bigger on the waist than anticipated. I got the same deal that everyone else got 65 American dollars to send me a new one with tailored measurements or 20$ off my current one. I do believe paying the delivery fee isn’t too unreasonable so I did so and was amazed by the new jacket. It looks great and even more accurate than the actual designer version. As someone who has experience shopping online and in person at big branded retailers like Louis Vuitton Tom Ford, Dolce to name a few; I can say I was fairly impressed by the craftsmanship of my second jacket. I ended up gifting my dad the first jacket and luckily for him he likes it a big baggy and the quality on that jacket was just as good if not better for colder climates than the second one. My experience reflects my satisfaction and I certainly don’t intend to belittle anyone else’s opinions here. So please buy safely here and anywhere online at your discretion. And to all reviewers who call them scammers I understand your point of view however a scammer would not be so willing to cooperate I would know I delt with one that took 440$ and gave me nothing in return. Great job hit jacket I was satisfied and might even commission a special replica of my LV hoodie that I can never wear safely without people trying to touch it!!!!!
Ps my friends thought you guys did a good job and tried to dirty it knowing how much I hate it when people touch my designer outfits and I could not let them stain this Carlton banks Bel Air jacket as you guys did a great job and surpassed my expectations. It looks better than the Nieman’s original thanks again and looking forward to doing business here in the foreseeable future.

I will never order from a company that I don't read the reviews first. This was by far the worst experience ever. Waited forever for my items which did not fit and asked for an exchange. I can either pay $70 to get larger sizes or $19.95 refund after the items cost $130. They need to be reported to the BBB.

Placed an order on april 4th. The website said 9-12 days delivery. It's been 17 days and the order is still processing. I don't know, but it feels like a scam to me.

OMG! The Varsity Letterman Jacket is amazing! The leather and wool fabrics are amazing quality! The customer service is fantastic! Instantly responsive and accommodating. I ordered on 3/2 and received on 3/18, perfectly packed and no damage- just in time for the Islanders/Lightning game on 3/29! Highly recommend!!!
