Great costomer service. Nice fit! True to specs. Could choose better fabric. For this particular product I would suggest the company choose a fabiroc more true to "worn grey denim" in the movie. The product is more of a straight charcole grey fabric.
I spoke to Harry and he was very pleasant and greatfull for my feedback and hopefull to use it to make the jacket more accurate of a cinematic replica.
I think this company has some good stuff and very pleasant, responsive and dedicated customer service memeber. I wish them well in their growth as a business. Thanks Harry and Ethan.

The jacket I ordered was the
Hooper Burt Reynolds Sliver Jacket
I followed the size guide and ordered a medium and fit is right. The jacket looks comparable to the original film jacket and is good quality. The order was placed on October 3 and arrived on October 10. So I was very pleased with the delivery. The jacket came wrapped and nicely protected.
Included was a Halloween theme tee shirt. Overall -Hit Jacket was a pleasure to deal with. I spoke with Jacob during the process and he confirmed the order and helped me with a question on my account.
It was great to speak with a person for customer service. I recommend Hit Jacket.

I recently ordered a suit for my husband and while it was perfect and exactly as pictured online, the pants needed to be exchanged for a larger size. Harry and Beth have been greatly helpful at making this happen despite our time differences. I am currently waiting to receive the larger size pants but I am confident they will be here soon.

Communication was a bit lacking, but the end results were great! The website said it would ship in 10-13 days; however, it took over a month to ship. I emailed on day 14 and was told there were QC issues and that they would follow up in 5 days. After giving them a week, I hadn't heard back again and emailed as still having issues. This is when I also emailed the help info from PayPal, and they were abwithin and it within a week.

My Aunt wanted the Yellow Stone jacket but we ordered the wrong size. I notified your company with a picture of the coat and the details. I received a call this morning and the problem is solved. My Aunt is blind. I told her about the jacket and she wanted one. My granddaughter is Cherokee and will love her jacket. We are very happy and appreciative. Thank you. Anne Campbell

The jacket I got is Amazing. Really high quality leather. The details and fit are outstanding, definitely beyond my expectations.
