Great Quality / Disappointing Features

This suit was, unfortunately, a mixed bag. The construction, material, and fit were great. But the actual features weren't as expected. I wanted a direct copy of Ryan Gosling's Oscars suit for a party, complete with rhinestones, which is what this listing advertised. Instead of rhinestones, this suit has weird silver balls -- they're shiny, but they don't catch and refract the light like rhinestones would.

Worse, the balls on mounted with cold metal studs that go all the way through the material on the pants (not the jacket) so while you're wearing them, you are constantly touched by uncomfortably cold metal spots all up and down your legs.

And additionally, a number of the balls were damaged? Instead of smooth silver balls, they were dull grey misshapen lumps. I'm not sure if the balls were partially melted or some outer covering had come off.

I ended up buying a separate suit that was the right color but had neither rhinestones nor the weird balls. I couldn't wear this suit for the party and have no other use for, but it seems custom built, so I don't think I can return it. So I'm just stuck with it.

This Mick Jagger jacket is impressive! Hit Jacket came through for me and I am so pleased with this purchase. I will order from them again.

The presenters were very knowledgeable and they were point on with the information they shared.
This was a full three day training I thought I would be bored but they spreaded out the breaks and the material well.

Beautiful jacket! Just love it!

The Starter like jacket came fairly promptly. However, I expected it to be made from a different material. It’s nice, but not what I expected.

Peter Jackson did a great job in helping me avoid what would probably have been a return. I ordered a jacket in XL, but came to realize a couple of days later that all of my jackets are large. Peter was able to upgrade my order and I am very grateful.

Ethan Bruce at customer services did an excellent job in dealing with a few issues with the jacket I ordered. The colour and design were not right and he proved a partial refund extremely quickly. Thank you

i dont recommend this place to any one this has been the worst buying expierence i had in my life i order a jacket 2 months ago and still waiting for the order i email them and every time they keep procasting the order this not how u run a establishment .very annoying not professional at all

Do NOT waste your time or money with this cheap, two bit sham of a company. Ordered a Chicago Bulls jacket for my nephew for Christmas & Chicago was spelled CIHCAGO which is utterly ridiculous & unwearable. Tried disputing it via PayPal & they l’ve given me a hard time every step of the way. Now I’m out $150 for the jacket unless I want to pay another $75 to return the coat. What a racket.

Order this on 11/29 and by 1-4-24 it still hadn't shown up. Beth in customer service said they'd ship in another two weeks. I asked for and received a refund after jumping through a few hoops. The refund took a week. Beth asked for me to give her a 5 star rating ... wow, just wow.

The jacket I received for Christmas was a complete disappointment. The jacket was so matted, flat and spelled like mothballs. I thought that it was in a bag so of course its matted and flat so I sent it to a drycleaner who ultimately said dont bring it back because it turned their drycleaning machine blue. The jacket came back and at least smelt clean but was still flat and matted. There are other options out there my suggestion is find one of those. Run from this company dont walk.

Beth and Ethan were very helpful in solving my problem. They offered a fair solution that I was satisfied with.

I did have an issue with the size, due to the jacket padding. BETH worked with me and offered a solution that resolved the issue in no time. I do think the product quality and customer service warrant the high rating that I gave.
