Ordered the Ellie backpack. Never received the order. At first they couldn’t find it. Then they all of a sudden found it. Then was going to ship in 4-5 days. That was 24 days ago. Needless to say I notified the bank and received my money back. Now they say the backpack is ready to ship and they need me to cancel the claim with the bank so they can refund me my money. Scam artists.

Definitely worth calling if you have questions or issues. I'm glad I made the call for my issues. A bit static in the conversation, but the message got through.

I order a jacket and it was shipped on time. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I sent an email to them and John Marshall responded to me right away. Within in two days they corrected the problem and shipped me a new jacket. Outstanding service and follow up from John. Would highly recommend them if you want a specialty jacket. I will purchase from them again.

Bought a Ellie Williams Part 2 backpack, literally horrible, said it was grey and leather, blue and brown dyed parachute material. the so called "pins" were patches and were horribly placed.

Their return policy is not accurate. I contacted them within 24 hours of receiving item requesting to return item. Still had tags. Never been worn. Had bought the Harvard sweatshirt for a Princess Diana party. It was too large. Otherwise, sweatshirt was cute, but not soft. They offered me a partial refund of 20% or offered me to pay $30 for them to ‘ship’ a different size and keep the current size, which would end up being $90 for the sweatshirt I’m not going to have in time for the party. I accepted the 20% partial refund.

I bought this beautiful Kate Middleton Advanced Woodcock Hunting Jacket from hitjacket.com. I didn't know what to expect as I had only seen it online, but it far exceeded my expectations. It's very well made with beautiful fabric and well fitting. When placing my order I asked if the hood is detachable, which it normally isn't, but the team special made one for me with a hidden zipper allowing the hood to be taken off. The jacket was shipped to me in Spain via FedEx with no problem. Customer service was great! Special thanks to Walter Jr. and Beth who assisted me with my order. I will enjoy this jacket for many years to come!

NEVER ever use this company. They will lie to you and rip you off. They would not exchange our coat after sending the wrong one. Then wanted to charge us $95 for an exchange fee.
Never ever use this company.

I don't even want to give it one star, but couldn't get to this part until I did. I got a plastic jacket for my boyfriend that was too big and they wouldn't even let me exchange it. They wanted $95.00 more dollars, to have me just keep it and they would allegedly send me another one. Almost $200.00 for a giant plastic jacket.

Ordered a 3XL jacket, it came but was way smaller. Contacted them and they responded minutes later and offered to make me a custom fit jacket after I sent in my measurements. I just had to pay the shipping and got to keep the jacket I already received. In my experience they are a good company.

I ordered a Star Trek Strange New World’s leather jacket, it stinks, I mean it wreaks and smells to high heaven! It’s smells like petroleum, a rotting animal, and has been in an auto repair shop! They sent me a pleather jacket inff sad read of the real leather jacket. Gonna reverse the charges. It smells so bad a.dragged out homeless person wouldn’t wear it. Thanks hit jackets you suck! Took for 140 dollars.

I ordered The Ryan Reynolds shearling coat from spirited for my husband and it is AMAZING! Great quality & they even conditioned the leather. I read bad reviews about the company and am so glad I didn’t let that keep me away because I am so satisfied. Customer service responded promptly and accurately and even called to verify my address one last time before shipping it off! Will be back hit jacket! Thanks!!
