The best experience i’ve ever had now having gone to Umrah a few times. Will InshaAllah book again with these guys and in particular Ayan who guided me throughout. Kept checking everything was smooth while i was out in Saudi and when i came back. Answered questions whenever i had one. Literally returned this morning. Great prices, great communication and friendly.

Our advisor Ayan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he sorted out our entire Umrah experience with very little inconvenience to ourselves. We were extremely satisfied with the service received however there were two points we were let down on:

1. The transport company, despite knowing we had a wheelchair, picked us up in smaller cars that meant the wheelchair was packed into the backseat next to me and my son making it dangerous and uncomfortable for him. I sent them pictures in advance and requested a larger car but to no avail

2. ⁠Taiba Front Hotel in Madinah, when we checked in we were told that our room was a standard room and not disabled friendly, as it was the only room they had left we had to take it and I was left helping my husband in the bathroom all the time. The lack of a disabled bathroom caused a lot of stress for my husband making it difficult for him and for myself.

This is the only reason I could not give 5 stars, inshaAllah our next trip with them will be better :)

However the hotel Al Barakah condition was poor out there. Rest of the service was great.

I am satisfied for what has been provided by Hajj and Umrah (H&U). Great service because I am happy on the future to book with them.
Good communication - by phone, by WhatsApp and email before we left. We did't phone H&U while in Saudi because we had no problem.
Flight well arranged - good timing to catch next flight. Transfer was arranged from airport to hotel and back to airport.
Good bed and breakfast hotel in Medina (5days) and Makkah (5days) - hardly 10 minutes to the Masjid.
1st time Umrah with wife - we really enjoyed, May Allah accept our dua's. However, its better group Umrah for first time travellers. Definitely, I will recommend and In Shaa Allah I will use H&U for our next visit.

The best travel agents ever. We booked our first Umrah visit by the help of Hajj and Umrah company and hopefully another one again soon in coming years. What can I say about them; start to end the service and the accompanying was amazing, the main man who took all the stress of me ‘AYAN’ very professional and will always go that extra mile. Available to helpline/chat 24 hours throughout the journey. One thing he said that not every travel agent will say for sure is that; from the day of start the journey to return back home safe we are his responsibilities and he will be in touch here and then to see if any issues, if everything’s ok.

I had a fantastic experience with HajjandUmrah with excellent guidance and comfortable accommodations. Mubashir made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

First time on umrah with wiife and 21 month old baby. The experience was unique. Hotels were great and no problem at all with the bookings of hotels flights and visas. Brother ayan from hajjandumrah was so helpful and patient specially before the trip answering all our questions and worries. Only downside was the tour guides. We feel like we missed out a lot. But apart from that really happy with the hajj and umrah team. May allah bless you all

I highly recommend going and using them when you need to go Umrah/Hajj. Momin was very helpful, went with my budget price that I had.
