We had a very good experience during our first hajj. We would rate this travel agency above 5star. I cannot find a single fault. The experience and the knowledge of the Sadat team was excellent and they were extremely helpful and made our experience of hajj very simple and organised. We pray that we can go to do hajj or umrah again with Sadat travel. Everything was perfect from the flights, hotel, food, tours and the knowledge we gained about this holy pilgrimage. Everything was superb and faultless and highly recommended.

If you are planning to go to hajj pr umrah, please do not hesitate to book with the Sadat Travel team. I would say that if you are english speaking only then please request that everything is relayed in english as well as urdu/ punjab in advance. Also bear in mind hajj is struggle and utmost patience is required. You are Allah's special guests and He will make the hard easy for you in shaa Allah. During hajj roads will be blocked for your safety, toilets may not be as clean as those at home, sleeping conditions will be testing. But who said hajj is easy! One must remember that hajj was never meant to be easy, and that things are out of Sadat's control. Go with the flow and remember no pain no gain! I've given you and honest review, I'm not physically fit and have ailments but the team were very accommodating. Alhamdulillah always at hand to give advice and always responding to messages and phone calls immediately. You will be in safe hands. The hotels and food etc are very good ma sha Allah. May Allah reward the team in abundance in this world and the next and make your honorable journeys easy and of those which are accepted ameen!

After completing my 7th journey with Sadat Travel — having previously been blessed to perform 6 Umrahs and now finally fulfilling my lifelong dream of performing Hajj — I can confidently say that I would not recommend anyone more highly than Sadat Travel.

Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, i have completed my Hajj journey. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire Sadat Team for your outstanding support, guidance, and care throughout this blessed pilgrimage.

We have been with Sadat Travel previously for Umrah and my wife said when we get called for Hajj we will only ever go with Sadat.

From start to finish, we could not have asked for any more, our Hajj was truly blessed and going with Sadat enhanced our experience. There were six members of the Sadat Family that travelled with us and were on hand for any issues or worries that we had.

The younger Shahjee’s made it easier for the youth and were available to translate into English where required.

We went as a family of 5, but felt we were part of a 300+ family whilst we were out there, and truly felt the community was with us all the way.

If you are looking to book for Umrah or Hajj I would absolutely recommend booking with Sadat and InshaAllah if we are fortunate to go back we will only ever book with Sadat.

My hajj journey in 2026 with Sadat has been the journey of my life I wished it to be. Under the group leaders guidance care and support my experience was the best of my life. I enjoyed the stays in my hotels which were 5 * the food choices were excellent, the religious tours provided were exhilarating. We were part of a shifting package which meant we were always very close to haram, Jamaraat and Mina. We didn't have hours of walking to do in the scorching desert heat and our welfare was always put first of any group decisions. I wish Sadat the best for the future and will always choose to travel with Sadat for hajj and Umrah insha'Allah. May Allah reward the group for their efforts

The service provided by Sadat for hajj 2026 has been exemplary. They provide religious guidance, practical support and are part of your journey every step of the way. The care provided was second to none. The 5* hotels were a stones throw away from haram in Makka and Madina. We were a large group and we were all made to feel part of a family. The group leaders are knowledgeable and approachable they change plans to suit needs of their group and they spend wholeheartedly where costs are not an obstacle. Food provided was excellent. Service provided was excellent. May Allah SWT give me the opportunity again I would always choose to travel with Sadat and would advise my family and friends to do the same.

Alhumdulillah great experience! Was invited to Hajj with my Mother and Wife. Sadat Team made the whole experience easy from start to finish, always available to answer any questions and offer advise. They managed a very large group professionally and treated us all like one large family.

Im from Birmingham and would only use Sadat for Hajj and Umrah services. They really go out of their way to try help you have the best experience possible. No issue is too small or big for them to try and resolve throughout this difficult journey of Hajj. I really feel indebted to them for help and guidance they gave me throughout this journey. This service that they provide, i feel they do this to serve the creation of Allah and the Ummah of the holy Prophet (saw) and their pleasure is in pleasing Allah. Alhumdulilah I have been able to perform Hajj in 2026 with my two children. We decided to perform our Hajj with the Sadat group and this was a really good decision. Alhumdulilah, with the permission of Allah Azawajal, my family and I have been blessed to receive the invitation to perform Hajj and Alhumdulilah we have competed our Hajj in 2026 with Sadaat. May Allah bless the Sadaat family abundantly and continuously, from the very first preparations right to the end, we have received endless support and guidance in order to make this lifetime journey a memorable and blessed one. The facilities provided were amazing and the knowledge of the blessed Ulama allowed us to gain a deeper insight into the lives of the Pious as well as the history of Madina and Makkah. I performed umrah with Sadat in 2024 and decided that I would go to hajj with Sadat. In 2026 alhumdulillah I’ve had the opportunity to come with Sadat and I can not fault its professionalism, mannerism and guidance. From the moment we had to register our interest in hajj 2026 to all other applications, Sadat would guide us. Any questions we had regarding the trip were answered via WhatsApp, seminars and Youtube videos etc.
Each and every member have their own role which they carried out in the best possible way and each and every one of them is approachable. Both Syed Munawar Hussain and Syed Sajjad Hussain shah sahib were delivering speeches and guiding us in Urdu and Syed Osama and Syed awais shah were guiding us in English. Guidance would be adjusted according to the needs of the group. In addition we were fortunate enough to have females who lead seminars and answered any questions we had.
Anything and everything that was in sadat’s hands was delivered in an exceptional manner and despite their sleepless nights and ill health of Syed Munawar Hussain shah, they were all making sure the group activities were carried out. I can, hand on heart, say this trip was not just a practical one but an emotional and spiritual one as a result of the group efforts. I would recommend Sadat for hajj as they take care of your needs while you carry out your duties care free.
You can only truly appreciate their efforts when you know what others have been offering and I can say in comparison to family members who had travelled at the same time for hajj we have had the best experience.

Peer Sha Sahib’s, Usama and Owais provided excellent support before and throughout the trip,even one occasion I remember Sha Sahib saying they hadn’t been to sleep for two nights ensuring that every pilgrim felt comfortable and well-informed. Their knowledge of the rituals and holy sites was remarkable, and they explained everything clearly and patiently, which was especially helpful for first-time pilgrims. Every question was answered promptly, and assistance was always available whenever needed.

The accommodations, transportation, and overall logistics were exceptionally well managed, allowing us to focus completely on our worship without unnecessary stress. What impressed me most was the genuine dedication, kindness, and concern shown by the Sadat team and staff toward every member of the group.
