The hotel in madinah I should have booked a slightly better star rating as emaar al mektan the only let down was the breakfast and not being that close to nice restaurants as it’s mostly fast food . But never the less it was a absolutely fantastic experience

I travelled for ʿUmrah from Manchester, UK, from 13 June 2026 to 22 June 2026, and I booked through Hajj and ʿUmrah with my agent, Mahwish.

I was initially worried because I was travelling with my 3-month-old baby, but Mahwish made the whole experience so much easier. From before the trip right through to when I was in Saudi Arabia, he was always available to help and answer my questions.

The 5-star package was excellent value for money and included flights, hotels, and transportation. Everything was well organised, and I was very happy with the service.

My first trip to umrah was excellent with the help of Shahzain. Booking flights was really straight forward and were affordable. When we got off at jeddah there was a taxi driver already waiting for us and drove us to makkah. Checking in the hotel was easy and simple as it was not busy and it was only a short walk from the hotel to the masjid al Haram. I recommend the hotel as they provided us with breakfast which is included. The travel from makkah to madina was also good as we arrived on time. The hotel was near the mosque so we didnt have to walk too much. It was nice to experience this without any stress. I would definitely recommend hajj and umrah to my friends and family. When I go next time I would definitely choose hajj and umrah.

My agent was Rayyan and it took me nearly 2weeks to finalise my package , I told Rayyan that my mother will be joining me

Overall the journey was good. We did have a few hiccups with the bedding we asked for vs what we got & also we had to pay extra when changing from a train ticket to a taxi to go from Madina to airport. We thought going via a travel agent will make things very smooth however on these two points we didn't get the help we was after. The rest of the journey was booked as per what we wanted. Mesam was very quick in his response when ever I messaged. Thanks.

Worst ever experience..they don’t have ATOL registration of their own and use a second party to book tickets hence no way you could complain against them. Extremely traumatising to deal with very non profession
