We went to Umrah recently very first time. I started chatting with Momin (Hajj and Umrah travel agent). He was very knowledgeable and provided me all the relevant information professionally. I did not feel any pressured sale at all. I even did not make any phone call. He was very patient and answered all of our enquiries via WhatsApp. He booked a suitable package for us and Alhamdulillah, we did not have any trouble at all during our visit to Makkah and Madinah. Momin took care everything including flight tickets, accommodation, transportation, visa, etc. He even kept in touch with us while we were there in Saudi Arabia. I highly recommend their professional services if you are considering going to Umrah. May Allah accept our intention and give rewards to Momin and his team who arranged everything for us.

I recently had the pleasure of using this Travel Agency for my Umrah package, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.

The accommodation at the Hilton Convention Centre in Makkah was fantastic. The services provided, including housekeeping, breakfast, and dining options, were top-notch and made our stay incredibly comfortable. Although the Pullman Zamzam in Medina was very nice, it didn’t quite reach the same high standards as the Makkah hotel. Nonetheless, both hotels were conveniently located near Haram Sharif and Masjid Nabawi, which was perfect for my family and in particular for my 70 year-old mother.

The Transport and Ziarah services arranged by the agency were beyond our expectations. Our driver was incredibly accommodating, punctual, and communicative, keeping in touch throughout our journey. His fluency in both Urdu and Punjabi was a significant advantage, enhancing our Ziyarah visits. He was patient and allowed us plenty of time to explore each site thoroughly.

The overall journey was smooth and straightforward, with minimal uncertainty. Everything flowed seamlessly from our airport pickup to our drop-off.

Brother Momin at the agency provided excellent support throughout the process, understanding our needs and promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Hajj & Umrah were excellent in their overall professional service regarding my Umrah booking for my family in May 2024…..
It was a private booking we arrived in Makkah for five days and stayed at the Hilton Convention Hotel which was extremely close and convenient for the beautiful Haram/Kaaba/Gate 79, it was close to the Clock Tower and eating places…..
I had booked a triple bed room for ADULTS overlooking the Haram but for some reason we were given a twin room with a small portable bed added which I rejected and and complaining to the GM was upgraded to the corner deluxe suite overlooking the Haram and Clock Tower…..
The Hilton offered an excellent breakfast with great fresh choice and the staff were very professional and courteous….
All our transfers were by private car, some drivers were more helpful than others, the Ziyarat in Makkah was very limited and quick as the driver seemed to be in a rush for some reason and we actually never got out of the car to visit these places, very disappointing…..
In Madina we stayed at the Saja Al Madina Hotel very near Gate 328 of beautiful masjid Al Nabwi, 5 minute walking distance, but the hotel itself was very average, not more than three stars although outside it five stars which was amusing..!!
The breakfast at the Saja Al Madina was very basic and poor and not much choice, my daughter actually skipped breakfast for good reason…..
The room was tired and dated and small for three adults and their luggage, wouldn’t stay there again given a choice…..
The Ziyarat in Madina was excellent as was the driver, very knowledgeable and courteous and took his time at each location.
We flew direct from Manchester to Jeddah on Saudia airlines and it was a pleasant return flight, usually half full……
But I have to say Muhammad Ayan of Hajj & Umrah who handled my booking from start to finish was thoroughly excellent, polite and professional and was very easy to message/call if any issue and he would resolve it immediately, he was very thorough in his information/itinerary details and it was a seamless booking process especially as it was our first ever visit to our beautiful holy places in Saudi Arabia, especially as it was Umrah gift to our daughter from her parents as she turns 21 and graduates in summer 2024…..
So we well done Hajj & Umrah and especially their Muhammad Ayan, you did well, keep it up AlhamdoLillah

Muhammad Ayan was our agent, and he did not disappoint. He was friendly, helpful and very responsive, always dealing with all of our queries quickly and efficiently via whatsApp or phone call which was great.

We were given plenty of options for suitable inclusive packages tailored to our needs. Mr Ayan was able to organise our package; for 7 of us with flights travelling from two different countries to arrive/leave around the same times, excellent hotels of our choice, all transport to/from hotels and between Makkah and Madinah as well as drivers for the Ziarats in both cities.

There were a few changes that we need to make to our flights, and we also ended up changing our hotel of choice in Makkah (after confirming our initial booking). Mr Ayan accommodated all these changes at appropriate small additional costs which we were happy to pay for the services we wanted.

*One thing to note though, please make sure to triple check all the details before confirming anything via email, especially any amendments to flight bookings (as the agent will only book what you confirm in writing) to avoid any issues later. Overall, Mr Ayan was very flexible and worked hard to accommodate to all our requests.

Mr Ayan also made sure to check in with us before leaving, during our stay, and even after returning home to make sure everything went well (which it mostly did). There is also an emergency contact in case of any logistical issues during your stay which is helpful.

There was one minor issue when we were trying to check in at our hotel in Madinah due to the booking being under a different name but this was quickly resolved between the hotel and agency whilst we were at the desk. Aside from that, everything else was went smooth!

We were able to enjoy our first Umrah as a family alhamdulillah, and I want to give special thanks to Muhammad Ayan for making it happen for us, may Allah reward him. I would recommend this agency if you’re the type of person who prefers stress of booking taken off, have options presented everything taken care off, especially as a first timer and with family.

We booked my parent’s whole journey to perform Umrah through this agency, they were absolutely amazing. The agent Aayan who handled my booking was mostly available to answer questions and offer alternatives to me when I had to choose an option for hotel and fought. They also checked in on me my during my travel to confirm that all was going well.
