We made a large group booking through Hajj and Umrah and Ayan dealt with our booking. Ayan was such an amazing person to deal with and he made sure he put us first and provided an exceptional journey. Even when the airline cancelled our initial flights Ayan made sure he did everything to make sure our plans were not interrupted and made sure we all were on the same flight. Ayan and the company were both excellent in service and I would definitely recommend everyone to use them!!!!

To know that the hotels were booked and paid for was reassuring
To be able to have contact with the person who initially dealt with you is good as you don’t need to explain an issue from start to different people
To know the person on the other end has knowledge to share and can guide you on things you are not sure about
The small transcript were very useful and we used them to aid our umrah
Good to have agent on the other end of the phone when in a different country who is able to respond to queries or issues with speed
We booked two rooms for three people but were told agency booked one suite with two rooms hence we were given one HCN - should have been told that from the start
Would be good to have the HCN few days before travel to give customers peace of mind
Maybe introduce a loyalty scheme whereby you get discount for recommending customers or using the agency again for another travel

The journey to Makkah was really good. The arrangement was fine until we arrived to our hotel. I had to report several time to sort our room as there were 3 single beds. The journey to Madina was hectic as the taxi won’t come to our hotel. They asked us take all baggages under the where they were waiting. When I called taxi service the person was very disrespectful. Finally we went to Madina. On returning flight, there’s been a mistake. Our flight and hotel booking didn’t match. We had a stressful time at the Madina airport. The counter service was very helpful. I won’t travel with this company again.

From the first conversation I had with Mubashir, he was very helpful & knowledgeable.
No matter what time I sent him a message on WhatsApp he would reply instantly. The communication from beginning to the end of my umrah trip was outstanding. I would 100% recommend Hajj and Umrah travel agent. I am very very pleased with them. The office is based in Hounslow London, the lady there was also very helpful. Much Better Travel Agents available in other places. They just book flights and hotels for you, which anyone can do themselves. The hotels they book are really far away and they dont tell you that the hotels there will take security cash from you.

Excellent overall service by Br. Ayan from pre travel, during the travel and at the end. Prompt response when I overlooked my transport by error and issue was resolved within hours.

Well organised, very good customer communications with either London office or saoudi office,, taxi transfer on time. Hotels very clean and close to Mecka haram, and al masjid anabolic. Just advice to you, taxis that has been used are not taxi just personal cars, at the check point they struggled to pass through. No taxi license displayed.

My name is salim, we traveled on the first week of ramadan with this company, we had a gentleman called ayan who helped set everything up he even kept in touch with us throughout our time in umrah until we arrived back home showing the care they give to customers and they helped with any questions we had and they updated us with everything, without ayan and his team, I don't think we would have had one of the best experiences, we will be returning inshallah soon with same company. Great reliable agency alhamduillah we booked our flights and multiple hotel rooms with ease with them. They took care of our visa applications and booked us all the transportation we needed for our journey.

Mubashir and the team were incredibly friendly and helpful in organizing a bespoke package for us. Their extensive knowledge of hotels ensured we chose accommodations that perfectly suited our needs. Both hotels were fantastic and conveniently located near the mosques.

The transfers between airports and hotels were smooth overall. There was a minor communication issue with the car company in Saudi but was dealt with accordingly and didn’t take long either. I would recommend carefully checking all paperwork to ensure contact details are correct on the voucher to avoid any inconveniences.

Return customer for booking hotels and transfers for Umrah with the company. Mubashir and countless others were very friendly and helpful in arranging a bespoke package for us. They were very knowledgeable with hotels and which ones would be most suitable for our needs. The hotels we selected were both fabulous and on the doorsteps of both mosques and Mubashir went the extra mile to accommodate with baby bassinets and early check-ins for our stay.

The transfers between airports and hotels were also great. There was a slight issue with communication with the car company in Saudi due to an incorrect mobile number on the transfer voucher which meant the driver could not contact me. However, when flagged to the company in Saudi as well as the team here, Mubashir, Mesam, Qadir and the team quickly resolved it and we had direct access to drivers and we arranged our remaining journeys at times when most suitable for us. Cars were nice and big, drivers were accommodating and very friendly. Would advise to check all paperwork carefully to ensure details are correct to avoid any inconveniences.
