After performing Umrah five times (Alhamdulillāh) I am someone who usually likes to book every aspect of my trip by myself so I can get the best deal possible. I have also been known to help family and friends with their bookings too.

Overall services we got from this company was very good, our stay in Makkah was great because the hotel we got was so good. Transport which was provided by the company was excellent no issues at all.our hotel in Madina was below the expectation because we ask for 5 or 4 star . But according to hotel own standard , it was excellent, we had no issues. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful and looked after us very well.
This company is my old reliable company, I buy their services often and they don’t disappoint. Staff is also good and respectful, especially one staff name Momin was very helpful. But everyone was helpful.

I appreciated the kind and polite service from this company, (Mahwish) and their packages were quite affordable compared to other travel agents when booking our Umrah trip. It was great that the visa and everything else was included in the package.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to follow up with them several times regarding the visa application—when to apply, updates on the process, and any important information for first-time Umrah travelers. They seemed a bit unsure about some details, so I often had to double-check and verify information elsewhere. A bit more guidance and knowledge on their part would have made the experience smoother.

Overall, a good service with room for improvement in communication and expertise.

This was our first time making our umrah visit and it was impeccable - alhamdulilah. From the first point of contact with Hajj and umrah booking agency, I found our agent Shahzain extremely helpful, he found many options regarding our ideal dates for travel and locations for stay. He was extremely patient, never causing pressure for an answer and always available to answer questions - even whilst we were in Saudi. Would 100% recommend - smooth, safe and superb care! We came back from umrah a few days ago, after having an amazing experience, Alhamdulliah!
From start to end Hajj and Umrah were professional, helpful and tried their best to meet our needs. They were prompt to respond and extremely polite.

All the bookings made were as promised from hotel, transfers and tours.

The only complaint I have are the drivers of the transfers and tours. The actual company they use are very professional, they correspond and update you very professionally and promptly but the drivers should be a little more considerate, kind and helpful, this is mainly because of language barrier. The day we were off to Makkah our driver didn’t tell us when we reached the mikaat point, this did spoil our spiritual journey.

Other than that an absolutely brilliant experience, really looking foward to booking again.

Excellent service had a minor glitch but got sorted promptly and efficiently. Always responds to queries really fast. Will be using this agency in the future insha Allah.

I found their details on a google search and was responded to by Shahzain. The initial response was fast and informative.
Shahzain took the time to understand my needs and preferences before recommending suitable packages.
What stood out about the contact was that Shahzain was not constantly pushing me to make a decision, he was allowing me the time to discuss with family members but he always made sure that I knew he was available for any queries I had.
This was my first umrah and I was really anxious as well as having so many questions. I was also taking my children so it was very important that everything went smoothly for me and Alhamdulillah it did.
I only wanted contact through the same person so Shahzain informed me his working hours and therefore he was always available when I contacted with any query.
The process was explained to me in a simple format and all confirmation documents was sent to my by email and whatsapp. I paid a deposit and made full final payment one month before travelling.
The process was easy and Shahzain gave me a lot of confidence in booking with this company.
Emaar Maktan was a really good 4 star hotel in Madinah. Emaar Grand in Makkah is rated 4 stars but I feel it is more closer to a 3 star hotel.
The transport company for hotel transfers/Ziarat was ‘Muhabiya Transport’ and they were excellent with their communication.
I recommend Hajjandumrah.co.uk and inshallah will be using their services again in the future.
