An absolute pleasure. We were slightly sceptical buying a package online but Alhamdulillah everything went smoothly from transfers to hotel check ins to flight reservations. No issues at all and allowed me and my family to peacefully perform Umrah. The brothers also regularly checked in with us to check everything is going well including making sure the driver had contacted us prior to picking us up for transfers. JazakAllah Khair.

Sarosh was really great when booking umrah - he was really patient when I persisted on getting specific hotel & flight with a specific budget in mind which was handled perfectly from Sarosh. He also made sure no problems occurred during my stay, overall my umrah planned out perfectly, Alhamdulilah.

Outstanding customer service

The service provided was outstanding with Basit being present to send me reminders while I am performing Umrah of my upcoming transfers and was very helpful. The only recommendation i have is for them not to work with Durrat al eiman hotel which is a falsely advertised 4 star hotel. Other than that, everything was great and i will be using them again INSHALLAH.
