This was my 2nd umrah but my first experience with this company and I must say me and my family had a great time because the package was reasonably good . service, communication and the transport provided was excellent and we were kept informed throughout our journey . Everything went smoothly and as expected. I must appreciate brother Ayaan for his presence whenever I needed him he responded well in time. Very professional and kind thank you brother Ayaan. Would definitely contact them again for my future Umrah in shaa Allah.

The best service available out there. They looked after me at every step of the way from guides to drivers and everything ran fine. I cant thank this organisation enough. My parents were happy and everything ran smoothly. If i could give them 10 starts I would. Highly recommended. My cousin will be planning his trip with them too insha'Allah.

Very happy with the service I got. I told the agent my dates and budget and he found multiple options for me. I went away to think about it and contact other agencies but I came back to this one. The brother was very polite and professional and he didn't pressure me to go with them and gave me time to think about it. Any time I had a question, someone replied promptly and professionally.
I had an issue where, at the time of booking, Saudi gov stated that UK citizens didn't need vaccinations to travel there but a few days before departure, I found out they had changed their rules. I sent back to back panicked messages to the team because you needed to be vaccinated X amount of days before flying out but we had left it too late. The brother called me immediately and completely reassured me that although the Saudi gov have said that, in reality they don't check people from the UK. With that being said, i got last minute vaccinations just in case and lo and behold, they didn't ask us about it when we arrived in Saudi!
The team contacted us prior to the departure date and sent us all the flight details etc and were able to assist me when the airline had rebooked us for a different flight time and I therefore couldn't check in online.
Each brother that I spoke to in the team was very professional and very helpful which i really really appreciated. There was one brother called Mansha at the beginning who was very patient with me and very helpful and informative.

The ONLY criticism I have, which isn't really about this agency is that they outsource there ziyaret tours and we were not keen on the drivers. They were friendly and everything but neither of them spoke English and our Urdu is pretty much non-existent so i felt like I couldn't make the most of it because I couldn't ask them anything. They just played an AI script at different points but it wasn't always clear which area it was relating to and they didn't understand us when we asked.

I was very happy with the locations of the hotels as well Alhamdulilah and we all had a brilliant first umrah experience. I would highly recommend

In my opinion,this is one of the most best company's you should use when going to hajj/umrah.As soon as we texted them when we needed help,they would reply to us immediately.The hotels they chose for us were really good and hygienic.There was also a nice view from the hotel.The cabs were also good as they took us to our right destination on time and we were really satisfied with whatever they provided.One of the people you should ask when needed help is brother emad Ali.He was really helpful and provided us really great service.It was also at a good price.The company's name is called hajj and umrah and their email is hajjandumrah.co.uk.

Good service, only our luggage was delayed and arrived after 3 days in Makkah which was a bit disappointing and what was more disappointing was, that on our return travel with Virgin Atlantic airlines, they didn’t allow us bring zam zam water.

From the initial coordination to visa processing, hotels, and ground transportation, everything was handled professionally and with care. Both hotels in Madinah and Makkah were excellent, very close to Masjid an-Nabawi and the Haram, which made a huge difference, especially when travelling with children.

The ground transportation was also very reliable. Muhabiya Transport were punctual, easy to reach, and well coordinated. Throughout the journey, communication was clear, and whenever we had a question, responses were prompt and reassuring.

A special mention to Ayan, who managed our booking. He was approachable, patient, and consistently helpful, which gave us peace of mind throughout the process.

While access to Rawdah for children was restricted due to on-ground regulations (which we understand is beyond the agent’s control), overall the experience was deeply meaningful and spiritually uplifting for our family.

Returned recently from our Umrah, which was booked and organised by Hajj and Umrah. Overall, the package, service and support offered by them has been great.

When booking a journey of this significance and of course, personal cost, a great deal of assurance is required to know the whole process is being handled promptly and professionally. We felt this assurance from Hajj and Umrah.

They answered any queries promptly and succinctly via WhatsApp, email and a follow up call if required. Their packages were clear and competitive, with costs and schedule breakdowns provided for complete transparency.

There was on one occasion, a concern raised over the sharing of personal travel documents but would view this as a rare occurrence. The issue was noted, taken seriously and resolved without delay.
