We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Brother Rayyan was extremely helpful in advising which hotels to stay in and shared other guests experiences so we were assured we would have a good experience - and what he promised is what we received. We would definitely use Hajj and Umrah again to book our next trip In sha Allah and we definitely recommend the service to anyone who is currently enquiring with them. Also the hotel we stayed at was Address Jabal Omar Makkah was clean and as advertised, and only a short distance from the Haram.

I would highly reccomemd this company, it is the first time I have used their sevice so naturally was a little worried. I was reassured throughout. Swift correspondance via whatsaap and email to confirm booking of flight. hotel and transport. E visit visa fetails completed by company and recieved within a day. This company listened to what I wanted and found me a package to meet all my requiremts and budget, swiftly and with due care and diligence. I would recommend this company because the agent I was dealing with Mubashir was very good at communication. He replied to my question's and queries promptly putting me at ease. Had a pleasant experience with him.
The transport company they use in Saudi were very good in terms of keeping us updated and provided nice clean cars. They message the day before to ensure everything is on track and confirm collection time etc.

The Makka hotel we stayed in was called Sheraton it was an average 5 star, breakfast was included and it was very good plenty of variety of food.

The Medina hotel I stayed in was called Waqf Outhman Bin Affan hotel a 4 star which was more of a 3 star hotel. The decor was very outdated, the lifts were always messing around, smoking is allowed in the lobby area so when you come out your room all you smell is cigarettes which was unpleasant. It definitely is not a 4 star hotel. Staff and room service were fast and quick but it definitely is not a 4 star hotel. We were left waiting for an hour once we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon after 3pm because the room was not ready which was tiring after a 5 hour car journey from Makka.

It was a wonderful trip and we all enjoyed it a lot. Everything went smoothly and a special thanks to Aayan for setting everything up for us.

This was our first time using hajjandumrah.co.uk. we mainly dealt with Mubashir who was very very responsive. We did have a few problems with the transfer company in Saudi but Mubashir was very responsive even while we were in Saudi Arabia to help sort things out for us ASAP.
