SHAHED was amazing
I had a problem connecting my Alexa to the WiFI and I got a call within 24 hours and SHAHED was very helpful and patient and guided me throughout the process and stayed on call with me until my wifi was working very pleased with the service

Great customer service
I had an issue with my WiFi and after its resumed, I failed to connect it. I called the customer service and Shahed who answered my call was very helpful and he did everything for me in the background, so after a few minutes waiting, I am able to reconnect to my WiFi. He is very friendly and efficient.

Excellent Customer Service
I had issues with my wifi and I received a speedy response! I was on the phone with a lovely woman called Divine who helped me through the whole process patiently and I was a bit unsure about what to do but she spoke to me with kindness and it was a pleasant experience.
