The long and short of it is:
I had a terrible first impression. I have a technical background and had troubleshooted a lot before reaching out via ticket. Felt like I had zero say in anything and tickets got closed several times by an agent I won’t name as there seems to be other people that have left them good reviews. Was ready to unplug my router and cancel contract asap.
Tried phone support as a last resort. In comes Nadia and her infinite patience. It took us a long time (through no fault of hers) to get to a point where things worked. But very grateful for her, her thoroughness and patience.
Also thanks to Bilaal for helping me get through the finish line and also ending on a high note.

Had a call with Shahed about a WiFi problem with my Xbox and other devices. He was excellent at helping me resolve the issue and even helped me understand about the difference between wired and wireless. He was extremely nice and helpful and I appreciate the help. So thank you Shahed.

Awful experience
Awful experience - DO NOT USE.
Despite having been a customer for 5 years they have completely screwed me over during an office move by obfuscating and telling me the wrong information about what services are available, forcing me to sign up with a more expensive provider which cannot be installed, and now trying to charge me cancellation charges to get out of it.

Shahed was nothing less than amazing
Shahed was nothing less than amazing. Managed to walk me through resetting my ps5 and reconnecting it to a LAN cable, despite multiple issues. My previous experience with Glide was negative as there was no resolve, however Shahed completely altered that. Thanks to him I am able to use my WiFi as inteded!
