Why do I need to sign in every week?!
My apartment building uses Glide as an internet provider. My laptop is connected to the Glide Wi-Fi everyday. Lately I am being requested to sign in to connect to the Wi-Fi. This is becoming annoying when it happens weekly. I understand the security reasons with re-authentications every once a while but doing it weekly is almost nowhere close to necessary but disturbing.

Spoke with Shahed as I had some technical issues connecting to the WiFi for the first time. Sorted the issue out within minutes. Shahed was very pleasant, professional and patient. He guided me through the whole process including troubleshooting.

Surprisingly good and fixed my issue
I spoke to Shahed who was excellent and very patient with me (as someone who is not computer literate). Walked me through each step and had no issues with repeating them and with me taking my time to do them. He was also prompt in calling me back when the call failed midway through. Additionally, he was able to help using his expertise despite me using a less familiar laptop brand.
Successfully resolved the Wi-Fi connection issue I had. Was surprised enough by how good this on the phone customer service was I wrote this review.
