shahed is the man!! Great and fast service from him, sorted my problem instantly.

I spoke Shahed and he was incredibly patient with my query and disconnection issues and took the time to explain the reasons for the issue and explained the fix as well pretty clearly.

Customer service is great. Shahed really took a lot of time to help me with my network issues on the phone. He was very professional and i had a great experience overall.

The service drops several times a day every day.
Do not use this service if you plan to work from home, you will end up having to use your phone as a modem.
I've been back and forth with support for months on end - they are unable to provide a consistent service despite the best efforts of customer support.

We have quite a few accounts with Glide and Naz is always super helpful. Can call him anytime and he does follow up, which a lot of companies/people don't so we are always in safe hands with him

Please do not take service from this network. They would cheat your time by giving false information about your issues if something happens. I would rate the service with zero and no stars.

Provided with excellent customer service and troubleshooting, given a lot of help and attention by the team, especially by Billy. I’m very happy with glide and the service they provide as well as the the fast internet they offer.

I had been struggling with a disparate connection for 8 months nearly (download significantly under the SLA and upload significantly higher where they are meant to be near parity) and was struggling to find the source of the issue. I got in touch with glide support where they ran me through the necessary troubleshooting steps, understanding where the bottlenecks were. It was then determined that a physical diagnostic was required, and within a few short days, Li and Divan were at my door ready to help. They systematically diagnosed every termination point on the fibre optic line from the apartment all the way down to the control room and pinpointed a faulty ruckus access point. They replaced it with haste and my speeds have never been more stable. Divan has just joined Glide as a network engineer, but he has 20 years under his belt and it shows. Li was showing Divan the internal tools to verify networking was functional and it was all very educational even for myself who has an affinity for these things. They managed to find the solution within their allotted time slot and cleared up after themselves. Top service, all network engineers need a Divan and Li Aden!
