I am trying to return a part, no telephone help, all communication via email which is very slow...

The washing machine part seemed to only be sold by this site. It saved me having to buy another machine.
The photo of the part on the website made it easy to identify and the item was delivered quickly.

Good quality, quick delivery

Ordered a spare part on 29 June directly on their website - item said it was available and would be delivered in 3-5 working days. It's now 13 July and the order status says it is still being processed (NO CHANGE FROM WHEN I FIRST ORDERED IT). I've emailed customer service twice, no response. I've sent in an enquiry, no response either. This company is a scam and has horrendous customer service. DO NOT TRUST.

Customer service went above and beyond to help me after I ordered the wrong part for my fridge. I sent the wrong part back and received my refund through my bank within a few days. The correct part arrived the next day. Perfect.

Your delivery promise date was not met, and your tracking service was not fit for purpose.

Ordered a part with a 3-5 day delivery date. Part was showing in stock. 9 days later the courier contacted me in Italian saying up to 6 day delivery. Sort a part from a local store and requested a cancellation. Was advised to return the order when it arrives. The part was £32 but will cost £28 to return. Customer service is poor, you wait at least 7 days before they send generic replies. This company is based in Europe but their website makes you believe it’s in the UK. I asked for a return label due to the fact of the misleading delivery date but they have refused. BE WARNED.

Followed the website and entered in the details of my appliance to get the replacement seals for a fridge. The site said it has a compatible product so I ordered it. When it came, it was too small for my appliance so raised it with the company. I got 1 reply and still waiting on a resolution, asked for a refund or exchange for a product that was compatible but got no reply

I placed my order on 17th June 2026, and have still not received it. I was sent a fake tracking number which showed a delivered item hundreds of miles away from my home. I have been contacting Fixpart regarding this since 1st July, and I have to date still not received a response from them. I am seeking legal advice now as they have breached the consumer rights act, and I would strongly recommend others to shop elsewhere, as it seems to be a scam website.

This is a SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT USE! I ordered an expensive part from them over a month ago. It still hasn't arrived, they won't answer emails, they won't answer the phone. This is very clearly a deliberate scam. Don't get taken in like I was!

First of all the part works and I have my fridge freezer back! but Fixpart were the fastest to deliver it on paper and they came through...even beating our South American river friends..so would absolutely recommend them! Albeit I had to drive around my village because Parcelforce delivered to completely wrong house, but luckily for them I'm not rating them!

Ordered a pair of hinge brackets but was sent two left hands Contacted customer service but constantly fobbed off with excuses always too busy to sort it out

Placed an order on 23rd of June which said delivery would be within 2-4 days. It's now 2 weeks later and NOTHING! I have had to chase 3 times and all I have been told is there is a delay, but no communication about this at all and cannot tell me when it will arrive. I have now asked for a refund and continue to get no reply. Avoid this website at all costs.
