Ordered a pair of hinge brackets but was sent two left hands Contacted customer service but constantly fobbed off with excuses always too busy to sort it out

Placed an order on 23rd of June which said delivery would be within 2-4 days. It's now 2 weeks later and NOTHING! I have had to chase 3 times and all I have been told is there is a delay, but no communication about this at all and cannot tell me when it will arrive. I have now asked for a refund and continue to get no reply. Avoid this website at all costs.

Quick and easy to find and order the part I needed to repair my coffee machine. Great value and arrived quickly…so great service all round! What’s not to like!

rubbish! the part only turned the unit on for about 10 seconds and now doesnt work and no refunds!!! waste of £100 - I am gutted!

I deeply regret using this shop. The item was overpriced (£45 for a plastic freezer drawer front is a lot), but to make matters worse, it arrived completely destroyed by the courier. The box was severely crushed, and the plastic part is cracked and completely useless.

I filed a complaint immediately through their website, and the only response I received was two automated emails stating that they are "too busy" to contact me.

Packaging quality: 0/5. Customer service: 0/5. Now, my only option is to contact my bank for a chargeback to get my money back. Avoid this shop at all costs!

Amazing to be able to supply a part for a 30 year old food mixer

The part arrived damaged as such was unfit for purpose, despite emails and chat bot still unable to talk to someone to resolve the issue.

I ordered a spare part for my washing mashine, with a two day shipping promise, it's been a week now and still didn't get my part. I tried to contact them online and didn't get a reply neither.

Oven element & bulb Parts fitted without issue & all working well.
Delivery confusing as emails said oven element coming next day but bulb came instead. Oven element came 3 days later.

After confirming with them the part was the correct part, we ordered the required part, 2 month later the electric motor blow up. they are claiming we ordered the wrong part despite having the email saying that was the part we needed. Avoid at all cost terrible customer service.

I ordered more than 7 weeks ago. They didn’t ship the order but said that the parcel was rejected. Ignored all my correspondence and now won’t issue a refund. Very bad customer service, I definitely feel scammed.
