Super fast delivery and genuine parts

Don’t waste your time or money ! We ordered a replacement circuit board/thermostat for our fridge , which was also supposedly in stock( the caveat is obviously they don’t say where it’s in stock ) . It actually shipped from Turkey so took well over a week and a half . When it arrived , although it looks the same and has the right part numbers etc , it clearly isnt an OEM product. The fridge light comes on when the door is shut , and goes off when it’s open etc , and it’s supposed to be a direct replacement. We paid an engineer to come out and he said the board was faulty . After raising a complaint with Fixpart , the only communication we had was to say they had not had the time to review our case !!! We will now get the credit card company on the case as there is zero customer focus/response from this company. As i say , don’t waste your time or money unless you want copy/faulty parts,long lead times and zero customer service .

Genuine part, good price very fast service

Ordered an oven handle. Received what I would describe as the grill handle. The website does say top oven handle in smaller print in the description but no illustration or I would have realised I was ordering the wrong part. After several emails back and forth I was told “ you ordered a top oven handle as pictured you received a top oven handle” Thought this was very rude and still not able to return it.

The search function for the specific fridge and part made this so straightforward and I felt I could totally trust that the part I ordered was going to fit! The fridge glass shelf has transformed our use of the fridge - genuinely. So happy. The delivery was really quick, very well packaged and excellent communication throughout. Will be using again in the future.

Terrible service, ordered the part as it said in stock only to be told it would be delivered earliest September 9th.
I messaged to say to cancel the order straight away and reimburse the amount as I would order from another supplier which I did.
Only to get an email to say it’s going to be dispatched later on in the day.
Then I get an email saying I can’t have a refund as it’s been sent out, but it hadn’t before I cancelled it! Have emailed again asking for my refund and surprise surprise no response. I would not recommend using this company, spares2repair far more reliable. Now I have the part I no longer need. Still waiting for a response. Poor service👎🏻

I was unsure what l needed . After emailing the website l was advised of the correct item to order which arrived promptly and was exactly what was required . Great service .

Next day delivery was perfect. Shelf was exactly as the one that came with the fridge freezer and therefore fitted perfectly.

Absolutely terrible ordered two parts from them with one arriving and the other a completely different part even though the order had the part number and picture on it.I the tried multiple times to get the correct part off them but the customer service was terrible and just got the run around.I am now out of pocket and stuck with a part of no use to me.Avoid at all cost don’t waste your time and money.

I ordered some washing machine spare parts from FixPart. The FixPart website was excellent. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find exactly what I needed. I was amazed by the range of spare parts that were available for so many different appliances. After having put my chosen items in the website basket, the payment process was quick and easy. I was impressed by the excellent emailed updates about my order that I received from FixPart. The package that contained my order was then passed to the courier DPD for delivery. Maybe because my order had to be sourced from abroad, the package delivery took longer than expected, maybe due to customs checks and the suchlike. Although I received it later than expected, DPD did eventually deliver my package successfully. I haven't yet attempted to fit the spare part to my washing machine, but a big thank you to FixPart for the fact that I was able to source the spare parts in the first place.

I ordered a Remington razor charger as I had mislade mine ,when it arrived and it was unpacked it was a two pin one from France luckily I had a 2 pin plug adaptor.

High quality service from online purchase to next day delivery with DHL, very pleased with item.

Really straightforward buying process with speedy delivery

I ordered a replacement Panasonic glass turntable from FixPart. Unfortunately, it arrived completely smashed to pieces.

For a large, fragile, glass item, the packaging simply wasn’t adequate to protect it in transit. Accidents can happen, and I would have accepted that if FixPart had dealt with the problem properly.

Unfortunately, trying to obtain a replacement or refund became an unnecessary runaround rather than a straightforward resolution for an item that arrived unusable.

In the end, after failing to get the matter satisfactorily resolved with FixPart, I had to contact my building society and raise a chargeback, which has now been resolved in my favour.

So after paying for a replacement turntable, dealing with a box full of broken glass, spending time trying to resolve it with the seller and ultimately involving my card provider, I still don't have the part I ordered.

Very disappointing experience. Better packaging for fragile items and straightforward customer service when something goes wrong would have avoided all of this.

I wouldn't use, nor recommend FixPart again.
