I ordered a replacement Miele fridge handle as the original part was over £150 and not worth spending that on an old fridge. The handle was supposed to be "compatible" and from the perspective of the screw holes fitted fine but it didn't work. Firstly I couldn't get it apart to even access the screw holes because the slider was jammed in due to poor manufacturing tolerances. When I contacted SOS to ask how to get it off I received an almost certainly AI generated message giving me instructions on how to return it. Because they are based in France I would have had to pay customs duty to send it back (I didn't vote for Brexit!) and with the postage it would have cost me almost as much as I would receive back. My son eventually got the slider off and we fitted it but the slider that was supposed to push against the fridge body didn't even reach that far. I had to put a spacer on the fridge body (a fridge magnet!) to get it to function. It's cheap plastic rubbish (although it cost £45 with the postage). I'd at least buy from a company based in the UK with free returns if you're going to buy an aftermarket replacement part. I've had good experiences with most other European suppliers including from France but I will not use this company again.

Superb service. Was a bit of an issue with UK customs. But after a few message they sorted it out and sent another circuit board. Would recommend. Thank you. 🙏

They dont send your product, but keep your money. I try to give them second chance but doubt they will follow up. USE OTHER COMPANIES IF YOU CAN!

I ordered Miele freezer’s door handle. Actually I ordered two of then in order to have one spare for the future needs. I received them as scheduled but they were not even close what they were supposed to be. Dimensions, material, finnishing and colour … were not even close what they should have been. More or less, a duck tape would have looked as good on that door than this handle. A BIG DISSAPOINTMENT - a scam. Let’s see how I manage to return these to France.

This is my second time using the company. I've ordered a pressure cooker seal. I've checked the model but didn't know how much litre it was so I've size the diameter and ordered the compatible diameter. Item arrived seem like the correct item but the diameter was 3cm larger than the description. In my first attempt to contact them they sent me an automated message that if i don't want the item i should send them with my own cost. Which could be understandable if i just changed my mind. But unfortunately item is not as described. To avoid miscommunication I send another message in French to tell that it wasn't change of heart but the item is wrong. They are still ignoring me.

These are really cheap tactics to avoid refunds. So shop this company at your own risk.

Have used this company over the past year or so for lots of parts as I repair appliances.
Never had a problem with them. Ok delivery is not quick for me but I live in Ireland. But generally 5 to 6 working days now with there express delivery to Ireland.
No company can be perfect. But I will be back again to them and probably again after that.

Part never arrived. Asked where it was after a few weeks inc giving them the order number. They then asked for the order number id already provided and after a couple of chasing emails no reply. Miney back via PayPal luckily. Avoid

I was looking for Samsung One Connect Cable which I could not find in Croatia and I found SOS Parts web page through ChatGPT ..My experience was excellent as I got original cable dispatched immediately and it arrived from France in Croatia just in few days... So I can only recommend this company as they are trustworthily, and I am thinking of ordering one more just to be sure in case all the bad reviews kill their business :-(

I ordered a part for my Bosch cordless vacuum which I was unable obtain in the UK (out of stock) at my regular suppliers so I searched around and found and found the part available at SOS at a very reasonable price, plus of course postage charges from France, but the complete transaction worked out more competitively than UK suppliers prices. Delivery was excellent. I would recommend SOS parts and I will use them in the future.

I will never use this company again. I ordered parts for our fridge in mid February and at the end of April contacted them to ask where they were. No answer but the package arrived the following day, containing the wrong parts. So, prompt response to my query but unfortunately they got the parts wrong. I have sent them numerous emails on their contact form, you cannot get a phone number for them, and needles to say that I hav enot received an acknowldgement, let alone an answer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMANY!

Ordered a cast iron pan stand for Smeg hob, the price was half the price of other online stores for a genuine part. Delivery slightly slow probably due to Easter Bank holiday weekend but the part arrived really well packed (which had been a concern) but no issues. Thank you.

I ordered two oven parts in January 2026. I never received the oven parts and they do not return any messages. They are thieves! I have requested a refund but it looks like I have to kiss that money goodbye. Do not order from these people!!

After reading all the reviews, mostly negative, I was a bit scared. Alast, SOS Parts happened to be my only option, so I went for it. I was positively surprised after receiving my package fairly quick as promised and the part itself fits perfectly. My Tefal Flex 14.6 lives yet another year. Thank you.

Ordered a pump and clip pipe for nespresso machine. Got a bit scared after reading other reviews but my order came through fine..ordered on 11th mar and got an email alert about a package arriving on the 19th. TBH the parts were not that well packaged; pump was wrapped in factory bag and then cardboard box that would allow it to rattle around.
Anyway parts exactly as described and work perfectly now fitted. Well pleased. Was wondering if I was going to get a load of crxp given uk is not in eu but it was all fine. I will be using sos parts to repair another nespresso machine now…

We spent much time checking, checking and checking again, ensuring the item we planned to order from SOS Parts was, indeed, the correct item.
According to the oh-so-shiny website (not always an indicator of a good company) coffee-machine reservoir was definitely the right one for us.
So we ordered two, just to be on the safe side.

They eventually arrived, and it was with much pleasure that I opened the enormous box (so big, in fact, I wondered what I'd ordered) to find a fine pair of jugs, and much brown paper (you know the stuff... that 'shock-absorbing' brown paper)

When unwrapping one of the jugs, I noticed the handle was different to the one we already had.
The ^single^ photo on the website was very carefully shot so you couldn't actually see the handle - if it HAD been visible, and even though it claimed to be the correct item - I would not have ordered it.

So I contacted ... no, that's not quite accurate...
I emailed SOS Parts, requesting a returns number.
And, sure enough, an email came in.
It read, "Your message has not been received".

Now... what does THAT mean?
Clearly, they HAVE received my message, else how would they know to whom they should reply?

So I tried again.
This time, the same-looking message came through, except, apparently, I had been successful. (Not that I did anything different)

Eventually, someone deigned to contact me.

I supplied the requested photograph of the serial number.

That was last week,,,,
As yet, I have heard nothing back.
Their credibility is teetering on the edge, in danger of plummeting into that bottomless ravine where certain courier companies reside, food delivery services wallow, and cut-price online 'supplier of everything' (that always turns out to be a LOT smaller than you imagined) reigns supreme.

I might try and telephone them... but that'll just be a robot, and I'll end up going round and round... then being cut off.
