Part was as described, well priced and quick delivery.

Arrived on time, all parts perfect and packaged well, parts available was my biggest motivation to try, other sites quoting 3 week deliveries, perfect company to deal with.

I placed an order and waited the stated two weeks for delivery, only for the item never to arrive. The company were extremely slow to respond to my emails, and I was left chasing them repeatedly with very little communication or meaningful assistance.

Eventually, I had no choice but to involve my bank and send FixPart a very stern email threatening to escalate the matter further. It took six weeks from placing the order before I finally received my money back.

Frankly, I have serious doubts that I would have received a refund had I not been prepared to take further action. The whole process was unnecessarily difficult and incredibly frustrating.

I was also surprised to discover that FixPart is not a UK-based company, which made resolving the problem even more challenging.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. The lack of communication, failure to deliver the order and difficulty obtaining a refund are simply not acceptable.

I had a faulty ice maker, scanned the QR code on it and their web site took me to a replacement. Which I ordered, unfortunately it was the wrong one.
I contacted them explained what had happened, gave them the correct part number and asked them to arrange a replacement.
A week later after after several exchanges of emails they finally sent me details to return the part and expected me to pay the postage. And
To make things worse I had also found the part elsewhere 30% cheaper

Failed to deliver item from stock in 24 hours as indicated and could not tell me when it would come - so I cancelled, but they shipped the part anyway a week later. I’ve had to return it at my own cost for a refund - no apologies, and no response to my request for return shipping cost - seem to be OK if transaction is simple, but hopeless if anything goes wrong. I’ll shop for spare parts elsewhere in future.

I ordered a front part for the soap drawer of a Candy Smart Machine.
The pic they showed on my order was the one that I ordered for a 8kg ,1400, spin, Candy Smart Machine.
Sadly they sent me a 10kg A +++1400 spin Candy Plus Machine.
At £37-00 which included the postage, I will Not be ordering from this Company again. How can they get it so wrong when there was a pic of the correct front part of the soap dispenser on the order form?.
I will not be ordering from this company again.

Quick efficient transaction and delivery.

Part is as stated, is like for like and works correctly upon installation.

Unhelpful and steels your money. Ordered original oven element and bulb. Bulb cost over £20 and thwn package arrived it was missing. My husband contacted them immediately to advise but not response. Needed to fix the over so fitted the element which had arrived, then received a response over a week later asking for a picture of the packaging and what arrived. Responded to say I held on to the packaging for a couple of days but needed to fix the oven. Took another week for them to respond with the exact same request. We are 3 weeks down the line and I've still no bulb and I'm £20 down as they are not responding to refund our money. Do not use unless you want a headache and happy dealing with robotic responses once a week.

Literally the worst customer service around. They take literally weeks to respond to any message, can't call them, can't speak to anyone, just log a ticket and wait weeks for a reply. Don't waste your time, spend your money elsewhere.

It actually is better than the original

Really quick delivery and decent price. Ordered very late Thursday night and arrived Saturday morning dpd.

Received part which said it was original SMEG but engineer confirmed it was not. When installed the part did not work and had a metal box around it so you could not see what the issue was. Contacted Fix Part several times for an address to return for a refund and every time they asked for more and more evidence rather than fulfilling their responsibility of allowing me to return the part and receive a refund. In the end had to block the payment. I will never use Fix Part again and recommend to avoid. Engineer also found a SMEG original part for a fraction of the cost.

Genuine original part thus smooth quick repair.

I ordered a glass shelf for my fridge that they said was available, delivery was 1 to 2 weeks. After chasing as no shelf received, they tell me they dont have one. Had my money for 2 weeks . Appalling customer service.

Ordered something was informed it was available and will be delivered in 3-5 working days. It's been a week still haven't even received a despatch email let alone the item. Do not recommend this website
