I am so pleased I have found Fair2landlords from the first telephone conversation enquiring about their services to signing with them I feel valued as a landlord and that this company will have my back and help me when needed, they have already given me sound advice from the initial enquiry. I have literally just transferred to Fair2landlords, I haven’t even paid my fee and already they are dealing with an issue on my behalf! They also have an in-house team of contractors who will do any works needed in your property, that is such a bonus for me! I need work doing in my property and have been let down by contractors who look at the jobs say they’ll do the work, and then bail or just don’t turn up because the job is too small, these guys have set the ball rolling already to get these issues sorted. Fair2landlords don’t charge %s it’s a fair, same for all, fee! I have put my trust and my property in the hands of Fair2landlords and in just over a week I have had more help and advice from them, than I ever did with my previous agents who I was with for 2 years!
I will update again but so far Fair2landlords have given a brilliant service, thank you Adam and Angela.

The advice I received was not only objective, but it cut through the typical rhetoric one often gets on so-called advice sites. I needed a clear understanding of MEES and Fair2Landlords was probably the first time I could share my concerns openly and honestly.

Free landlord advice from someone with so much experience was really refreshing to find. Expected some sort of sales pitch which didn’t materialise... just good, honest advice. Highly recommend!
