An excellent professional service! Fair2landlords was recommended to us by a friend who has her property managed by them. We in turn would now highly recommend them. We used Fair2landlords in the first instance to find new tenants for us for a property that we have until now self managed. Having switched to Fair2Landlords about 3 months ago I can say I have been throughly impressed with the level of service. Astonishing value for money considering the support I have had with getting any issues sorted, organising tenancy agreements etc. Easily available on phone or email and very quick to respond/fix tenants problems. For example, I had a blocked drain at one of my properties at the beginning of coronavirus lockdown and there were no drain specialists available. The maintenance team at Fair2Landlords were out within the hour and fixed the problem same day. Happy tenants, happy landlord.
