The majority of time things went very well, but I did need to ask for them to send me a copy of the inventory, and initially I should have had written information about what they actually do, in regards to utilities etc. Maybe they did say but I hadn’t remembered so a hard copy of this would be helpful. But they have always been very polite and helpful when I ring them.

I have just moved to Fair2Landlords from a company that increased
Charges from 10% to approx 12.3% without notice. Adam and his team have worked tirelessly on my behalf to move me to their company despite the previous companies efforts to the contrary They are instant in their replies and nothing is to much trouble. The previous company held onto my money for at least one week and over bank holidays up to ten days on one occasion.
My first payment Is on time despite the changeover. I like the menu of charges which are plain to see.My monthly charges have been reduced from £81.18 To £36 PCM I know I have extras to pay ie an annual house visit but the savings are massive I can not recommend Adam and his team enough

Very pleased in the way that Fair2Landlords conducted the viewings and found a tenant for my property in such a short time.

So far fair2landlords have arranged a tennant gas safety and all that goes with renting your property with out problem, they also got £75 more a month in rent than I was quoted on the high Street and at a lot less cost to me, can't recommend them enough.

I have now used the company to refurbish a utility room at home after the work that they did on two rental properties. The attention to detail is first-class and there were two inspections prior to the work starting just to make sure everything was as it should be.

The quality of the work is also excellent - which is what we need as we want the refit to last.

I'm now asking them to quote for an ensuite.
