Hugely impressed with Adam and the entire team at Fair 2 Landlords and very happy with the excellent service they provide. They generally carry out maintenance using their own staff without the need to rely on 3rd party contractors which makes the whole process more efficient and streamlined. Problems are generally resolved very quickly and if there is any urgent issue, Adam is just at the end of the phone at any time including weekends and evenings. A totally incomparable experience to the slow and abysmal service we put up with for far too long with our previous agent (a well-known name). We have recommended Fair 2 Landlords to friends and I believe at least one of them has now switched over. We would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone!

A very professional and friendly service from first contact right through to completion. I must thank Anna for going above and beyond, this was my sons first step in moving away from home so he didn’t have a credit history and couldn’t find all of his documents so I’m sure that most agencies would have said thanks but we can’t help you. Anna didn’t do that but did help, advice and support us every step of the way.

Great company to work with, any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly such that my tenant comments on how pleased he is with the service; responses to enquiries are prompt even considering the well known issues around Covid which currently affect all companies.

After being recommended to me by a friend I chose fair2landlords to manage my first rental property. I opted for the full management and Tenant finding service. Being new to the rental market I was impressed with the way the whole process was managed and within 3 weeks they had found a tenant for me and at also securing a higher rent than I had anticipated. All this for a monthly charge half of what other local management companies would have charged me.

I really can't recommend this company enough. They dealt with difficult issues and I felt they had my best interests at heart. They were so helpful and provided the best service at a fraction of the normal rate charged by other agents. You should give them a try.

Great Service, as a new landlord I didn't really know what to expect. Looking at the charges from traditional agencies i couldn't see how I could rent my home affordably. Adam explained what was needed and at a cost that I could bear.
