They'd got my keys but I hadn't yet let the property. I wasn't contacted to inform me which I would have expected.

I have been a F2L customer for nearly five years. it used to be a first-class operation but now it is so shoddy. F2L has snook in all manner of irritating, petty mean charges when their internet advertisement stated 'free' (fully included in other fees) and charged exorbitant fees for minor works, billed work not asked for or sanctioned by me. Trying to obtain a prompt and straight answer to questions by a once efficient staff is tardy and tedious now. Be careful!

Fair2Landlords provide an exceptional customer service to landlord and tenant. Staff are friendly and personable communicating every step of the way from legal compliance to property maintenance which leaves peace of mind as a landlord. I would highly recommend.

I have used various letting companies in the past but none have been a patch on Fair2Landlords, they are both the cheapest and also the most efficient, what a combination!! I cannot recommend them too highly if you want a pleasant and responsive team looking after your property well.

I rang F2L as I needed advice on how to invest my savings in property i.e. the best property type and location, and after a short wait was called back by the managing director. He spent twenty minutes patiently explaining the pros and cons of various issues and eventually suggested that perhaps now was not the best time to look to invest due to the unprecedented economic uncertainties that we face.
