The process from start to finish was great, Lindsey helped me source a great spec vehicle and we managed to secure and turn this around within a short space of time. Me adding additional pressure due to my current car lease due to end and leaving everything until the last minuet. Shanigh arranged the handover also which all went smoothly and the car was delivered to me first thing in the morning.

Vehicle is good, delivery was fine but beware the hidden costs
Problem is they charge you bogus fees later. On two occasions now they have forwarded Parking Fines onto to me, both of which were and are being canceled, but for merely Forwarding the fine late on both occasions(lost the discount) they have sent me an invoice for £30. As this is only 4 months in I realise now that this is a clear strategy to increase the margins on their deal.
Leaves a real sour taste. At this stage I would not do another deal with them. I worry about what else is in store for me when the lease finishes. Are there any honest companies left.

Organising my lease car through Pendragon was really easy. The main standout was the customer service which were so attentive and quick to respond. A big shout out to Shanigh who couldn't be more helpful with organising the whole process and answering my questions before and after receiving the car.

The entire process was quick and straightforward. Each step was clearly explained, and everything felt easy to follow from start to finish. The website's FAQs were especially helpful — they answered all my questions without the need to follow up. I also really appreciated how well everything was organised.
I can’t wait to be driving my new Renault 5 soon, and having a home charger installed as part of the process just made it even more convenient. Overall, a great experience!

PT 2, hmmmmm FYI I have emailed Mercedes Europe, Mercedes UK and CC Mercedes Hamilton and the Motor Ombudsmen , all of sudden i have had two emails from Pendragon today ???? . Too little to late, this is an unacceptable disregard of UK law, anyone reading this please do not shout or get aggressive, its not the staff its the draconian company ethos of ignore and bank on the plebs to give up.
***** Do not engage verbally, insist on email or letters, if they phone you do as I did and recorded the audio. ******
They even disconnected my vehicles security systems that has its own sim card, which disabled the video/audio capability for remote viewing or downloading. Why?

It has now been over two weeks, and Mr K service manager, has not called me with the results of his investigation.
I have completed your online enquiry form and again have had no response.
With this in mind I have now contacted the Motor Ombudsmen and they suggested that I get all correspondence in email or letter form to best make a complaint processable, hence this email.
This seemed to me to be an odd request until I remembered the notice on your entrance to your Hamilton branch which clearly stated that No photos or videos are permitted in this branch..... I now get why this branch has this demand on the entrance, what are your scared about? I guess the truth!
However as you did not list audio recordings, all interactions i have had, have been recorded , its not your word against mine, its clarity of the facts, which i have the legal right to use for my claim against you.
Hamilton charged me £360but refuse to give me the diagnostic test report.
If you continue to not respond, I will take the appropriate steps to resolve the issues.
FYI, due to the lack of any proof from your service department I have called 20 garages that work with Mercedes vehicles and diagnostic test reports.
Not a single one has refused to give me the printout of the diagnostic test, should I engage them to carry one out.
I now have a diagnostic test report, and I'm extremely confident that your garage could not have carried out a diagnostic test on my vehicle, due to the multitude of fault codes listed on the report I now have in my possession.
There was also a safety recall on my vehicle, your not just incompetent you let my wife drive away in a Mercedes-Benz without any proof of the work you charged me for
There is so much more content, this is just the bones of it, but I'm holding back for now, under advise 🤷🏻.

Ive had some issues with Pendragon, but I'd like to direct anyone reading this to know that I think I found the diamond in the rough, the service manager at this branch is a breath of competent air in an industry of smoke and mirrors.
I dropped by to meet him but he had a que of 5 other clients waiting to speak with him, so I left my details and asked if he could call me.
Straight up I was surprised to receive his call after hours and although he had almost no knowledge of the issues he promised me to do a full investigation and get back to me the following week in order to resolve the matter to my satisfaction.
Ok I may have jumped the broom but regardless of the historical and as of today still active conflicts, FK is on the case.
I'm looking forward to adding pt2, to review.
