Disappointing Service – No One Ever Got Back to Me
I raised an official complaint with Lithia UK over two weeks ago and still haven’t received a single proactive update. I’ve followed up twice and each time I was told, “sorry no one contacted you, we’ll make sure someone gets in touch ASAP.” Nobody ever did.
The lack of communication and ownership is extremely disappointing, especially considering the issues were caused by one of their own sub‑companies (Evans Halshaw). Based on my experience, customers should be aware that getting support or accountability after something goes wrong can be very difficult.
