As first-time buyers, we had a positive experience with Collective Legal. Our case was rather complicated, as some of the documentation/processes were transferred from a previous property purchase that had fallen through halfway. Anshuman was very efficient and he dealt with everything in a timely manner, despite working on several other cases simultaneously. He made sure that everything was looked into properly to avoid any legal issues post-completion, which gave us peace of mind.
