Horrible experience. I *** GENEROUSLY*** give two stars as the sale actually completed in the last minute as vendor was on verge of dropping it otherwise I would have given one or ZERO if it were possible.

Anshuman Das was very rude and condescending to work with. Was not amenable to addressing any of our concerns or queries. Poor communication and difficult to get hold of. Patent refusal to answer our questions or pursue our queries to our satisfaction - only with threats of withdrawing the sale and pressure from the estate agent did we get 'answers' which were unhelpful. We actually gave up any hope in getting our queries addressed and moved on with the sale. In fact I had to educate myself comprehensively on various aspects of conveyancing law and pursue some answers and documents myself!!! In this regard we are very fortunate the property we bought was brilliant in of itself. Otherwise I had zero trust that this conveyancer was on our side and due diligence was being made to support our purchase.

To add icing to the pudding it was a delightful surprise to find out our land transaction tax was paid 60 days late from the Tax Office. The firm did promptly pay the penalties due once I hounded them with strongarming threats of contacting the legal ombudsman. I really do hope there will be no more surprises to bite us down the line.

The experience of the customer with regards to legal work revolves around whether one thinks their lawyer has their best interests at heart. I did not feel this way at all and frankly I do not think they care either way. As long as they get the commission right?

Think thrice before taking them up.

I used Snigdha for my house sale. She was always available and made sure I was informed of everything and listened to my moans and gave very good advice.

My attempted house sale with Collective legal took six months before the chain eventually fell apart. Conversely selling the same property with another conveyancer took less than two.

It’s impossible to get through to them. They take days to reply to emails and when you call they are always busy. They promise a call back that never comes.

They are opaque about what they are doing. They told me there were no enquiries, my buyer sent me directly a list of 30+ open at the time. Their answers were poor and uninformed.

I had Ashwini to sell and buy my properties, each process was great, easy communication on WhatsApp and always working late into the night!
Will definitely use again in the future if it comes to it!

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Collectively Legal, in particular Abdurrahman and his POD, Gamma. From start to finish, the experience was exemplary and a complete contrast to my previous conveyancing experience.

In the past, I had a very poor experience with another firm where I never once spoke to the conveyancer during a six-month period, which ultimately led to the transaction failing. This time, Abdurrahman was consistently available throughout the process, both on calls and via email, providing clarity, reassurance, and prompt responses whenever needed.

There was nothing but problems with their conveyancing. The agent for the house was amazing, I'm pretty sure I would of lost the house if it wasn't for him.

As others have said there was lying, no contact with us for months, didn't send out docs they should have. I'm glad it's all sorted now.

My property purchase was completed in a professional and timely manner. Snigdha kept me updated along the way, particularly towards the end, they were helpful and available when needed. I liked to idea of using a conveyancing portal but found it wasn't updated along the way, but didn't take away from a service well delivered.

Absolutely awful company. Everyone abroad, lies and delays. Pick someone else. Raised a complaint and they even miss their own deadlines to respond. Cheaper places available with better service.
