Hussain very responsive by WhatsApp and friendly. All became very wheeler dealer. Paying a large fee upfront tied us in and we pushed between 3 different solicitors, eventually ending up with Emad Sadiq at Collective Legal. There are some links between KLR and XYZ, of whom had issues with the regulation body (we found that after a week of them acting on our behalf).
It was almost impossible to get hold of him directly and he often only responded after contacting Hussain or calling 5 times. Emad made multiple mistakes, didn’t realise searches hadn’t been applied for, didn’t stay on top of emails or progress and his lack of comms meant we were backed into a corner on negotiation points. Eventually I had to turn up and spend an entire morning at his office to make sure my file was worked on. Nail in the coffin was paying the wrong stamp duty amount leading us to be harassed by HMRC and Collective eventually being fined for not sorting quickly.

Homey are great, helped me with my remortgage and passed me on to a great solicitor. Would defo use them again. Thank you Hussain and Arvind

Absolutely useless - the biggest 'have' in the conveyancing market. There are other ways of securing yourself a good conveyancing lawyer and this is not one of them.

After Homey demanded £378 from both myself and my wife for search fee, (= £756 ) our house sale failed: so we asked for a refund. They declared, without any proof offered, that they were keeping the money for work already done This is fraud, so NEVER use this company. The 5 star reviews you see, are placed on by employees of the company
