The estate agents that my purchase is with (Sold), encouraged me to use this company- insisting that by using their 'approved' solicitors, it would be much quicker, smoother and the vendor wanted a quick sale. From the start, the communication from Collective Legal has been less than poor, with me having to chase, not receiving responses and no updates etc. To date, its been more than a month since I've heard anything- so now I've stopped trying. The only reason I used this company is because I was heavily encouraged to do so by Sold, however I wouldn't waste my time and money again on this organisation. I've read so positive comments about the people that work there- the same people that are supposed to be representing me- however the only person who has emailed me twice is the paralegal working on behalf of the solicitor. Avoid! unless you want a straightforward purchase taking significantly longer than it should do, with no contact at all, and emails ignored for weeks!
