Amazing customer service! Monika was amazing and so helpful throughout the whole process. She took her time to explain everything myself and my partner needed to know about the car ensuring I made the right decisions, answered all of our questions and made the whole process easy and stress free. I'm very happy with my car and the service received.

Terrible company to deal with, do not buy anything from this company, I paid nearly £17000 for a car 2 days later all the problems appeared, the garage said they must have known about these issues and now they don’t want to fix the problem, called 20 times to speak to their manager ( Stefan) but he is always in a meeting. Do not buy a car from them

Sold me the car , never received the three month warranty or my years AA membership. Phoned several times told they would get back to me but never did. Also had to take the car Skoda main dealer to put right a fault , steer clear of this company

My experience was shocking from start to finish.

I was told the V5C transfer was done — it wasn’t. DVLA confirmed no submission had been made, and I had to chase the dealership multiple times to fix their mistake.

The car was not roadworthy. An MOT immediately flagged faults, and the dealership later admitted the vehicle hadn’t been checked properly before sale. Completely unacceptable and unsafe.

I had to call several times just to get the repair report, and the car is now having gearbox issues, raising even more concerns about its condition.

The bodywork was poorly concealed, buffed to hide scratches, and not as described.

Service was unprofessional throughout. The salesperson was distracted, uninterested, and even watching a football match during the sale. He also failed to complete the V5C as promised, causing further hassle.

On top of that, I was told to drop the car at one centre, only to find out the work had to be done elsewhere — more wasted time and stress.

Overall, this dealership sold me a car that was unroadworthy, misrepresented, and handled the entire process with shocking incompetence. I strongly advise others to think twice before buying here.

Absolute shambles the Peterborough branch lied through their teeth, said they couldn’t show us the advert then showed the advert after arguing with us. Car was not ready, there was a chip in the windscreen which hadn’t been sorted, they told us to drive round the corner for it to be sorted. Manager wouldn’t come out and speak to us. Infact we actually told them we want the finance money paid back and we no longer want the car. Run by cowboys and little boys don’t touch. Now refund us. - you won’t get any replies from anyone honestly a car purchase from here will be the worst decision of your life

Monika was excellent really thorough and personable, no hassle no fuss got exactly what we wanted with little fanfare 10/10 would reccomend

Avoid! Gear box failure with five weeks of having the car. Wouldn’t take it back and took 2 months to fix. Damaged the car while with them on both bodywork and shock absorber. Cowboys and fraudsters. Not members of the motor ombudsman for a reason!!!!

All the information i needed was given upon arrival very friendly staff and denzel helped massively and made sure everything was good before i drove off.

Never ever go to these people con merchants from start to finish. They sell cars that are not going to last the attitude of some members of staff is unbelievable.

I paid for an 18 plate car 2 short months later while driving down a busy road the steering rack failed so I went back to the showroom was met with well that's nothing to do with us but after making sure all in the showroom where made aware of my frustration it was decided that I could go to there repair centre.

2 months after the cars return another major fault this time total transmission failure and after a trip to a ford garage for an inspection I was met with a long list of faults that had come with the car

Again another rant in the showroom and again nothing to to with us (also as I said you lot are untrustworthy a arrogant member of staff well that's your opinion) it was another call to the service Department.

The service Department manager has decided nothing we can do so unfortunately it looks like battle will commence to get theses cowboys out in the open and exposed as the fraudsters they are .

So if you do go to car world you will be putting your cash and health at risk so be warned.

Went to look at a Ford Kuga and wasn’t disappointed, it was as described on the website. Mason was first class, gave us the keys to have a good look around the vehicle on our own, no pressure to buy whatsoever, went for a test drive and everything spot on. Sorted the warranty, service and tax out while we waited. So if you book an appointment to view a car ask for Mason

AVOID. ***THIS comment was removed so it has been reposted **** purchased a Tesla Model 3 from Carworld on 1st November 2025. Within 24 hours of collection, I noticed a visible crack on the windscreen. I immediately reported these issues to the dealership on 2nd November 2025.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a vehicle must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. The cracked windscreen clearly shows the car was not of satisfactory quality at the time of sale, as the damage must have existed before or during handover.

Carworld responded on 12th November 2025. stating that the crack was “not reported on inspection” and that no record existed of it on their order form. They refused to take responsibility or offer any repair. It is absolutely disgraceful. The matter is now with financial ombudsman
