Came to collect a car financed from a third party broker with sky high apr rates and demands of fees. Issues with incomplete funds. Was offered to finance directly through car world. I had no fees to pay and saved £40 pcm. They made a living hell situation bright and sunny. Thankyou Monika and Stuart

This is for Carworld Superstore Boongate- I was served by Jason - who couldn't care less about my experience and all he ever said to me was 'im with another customer' and never had time for me. I put a deposit on a car and in the next day they sold it to someone else! I am appauled by the whole thing. I will not be recommending them and avoid at all costs.

Absolutely terrible company, do not go near them. Beyond all the friendly sales chat, once they have your cash there’s no service.

I discussed with them that I was unable to view the car in person and we arranged videos and photos be sent instead. The sales chat is very friendly and they appeared reliable.

I arranged collection and when it arrived the car was covered in scratches. Deep scratches that had been poorly painted over. None of which were mentioned in the ads or shown in the photos and videos.

Their first response was to blame the car courier. Disproved that as impossible immediately.

Rather than admit that the scratches were unacceptable they then shut up shop and claimed it isn’t a distance sale, and so no refunds are possible. So now it’s down to a claim of misrepresentation.

Do not touch these guys with a barge pole, this is the kind of company that gives car dealers a bad rep.

Alina was very kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated her genuine willingness to help.

Bought a car for the first time back in 2012 and gone on to buy another 3 from there . All been excellent cars cannot fault them. Most recently we were dealt with by Shakeel at the Boongate branch very friendly and helpful, not pushy at all & brilliant customer service . Stuart got me a good finance deal as he had done before , he was also friendly and helpful . I’m in love with my new car. Thank you guys !!!

Nice up until they've got your money then the attitude changes specially if you have a problem.
Had a car for under a week before it had a problem. Can't get me in for over a week then I have to sit and wait, who knows how long.

Bought a smax 3 months ago and had nothing but issues with it from 2 days of owning it! Been back to them for a oil leak which is still present and still smells, there’s always and excuse on the phone from them, DONT BUY FROM THEM

Had a great experience today at CarWorld. We had Monika and she was amazing, this is my first car and she made the whole experience so exciting.

Paid to move a car from another branch to Pboro. We were told that it had gone through 200 point assessment and in regards to paint, the only area needing touch up was a little bit on the bumper. Paid to transfer. Paid to reserve. Came to view before signing on the dotted line. Was left for 30 minutes to “check” my ID. then when the car appeared, had a gash down the back of the car. I asked “would you not agree that this would’ve been picked up in the assessment?” The sales man said “well it could’ve happened on site.” Then proceeded to come with me on a test drive and my partner felt uncomfortable and didn’t end up test driving OUR car together. The whole process has put me off massively. Will not using them again. Waste of time and money. Made an already big decision more stressful. I wouldn’t rely on their “200 point assessment”

Fantastic service from Monika at Carworld. Bought many a car from car world in the past but Monikas service is first class.

Bought a car 16 weeks ago which has now gone in to limp mode. Request for aftersales support and vehicle inspection has been refused with no interest in offering any help for a car which is now undriveable.
Car World seem happy enough to take your money, but no interest in customer service once you have driven away. I would advise anyone to steer clear of purchasing a vehicle from this Company!
