After an initial issue when ordering we had great communication from Gordon throughout, delivered a quality product for less than other businesses, would use them again and recommend to others.

UPDATE- I am a genuine customer and in the middle of a huge reverb so I do know exactly what is happening right now thank you. If it's going to be late - because of Covid/Brexit/whatever tell your customer! not telling them anything at all is just bad business.

It's the worst experience... sadly this has been the worst company we have dealt with in our recent refurb. We chose BR out of many other similar companies as we we were promised our order was in stock and ready to deliver. An invoice was sent and paid promptly and then it all went downhill. Clearly they didint really have them in stock at all as any further communication was poor or/and confusing. Promises made and broken with excuse after excuse clearly stalling for time. How many times was I asked to 'confirm your delivery address' even in the email with my delivery address as the subject-hardly inspiring confidence! Then the radiators finally arrived but were almost unfathmomable to install. My exasperated plumbers phoned for advice but it was clear that Gordon had no interest at all in the concept of after sales care and could offer no advice at all. I also sent them an email to state this but again no response- I think that they only really actually care about taking your money but are not particularly interested inproviding any real kind of customer service so I won't be returning, my contractors who were also totally unimpressed will not be returning and I advise you to avoid or be ready for disappointment.

Budget Radiators is an excellent company , strongly recommended. I ordered 2 radiators on Tuesday and they arrived on Friday . The packaging was first class , in fact the best I have seen which meant that there was no damage or marks . The outside of the packaging was clearly marked ,so I could immediately see that I had received the correct ones !
Gordon was extremely helpful with great communication and the prices were the best on the market .

This is the second time I have placed an order with Budget Radiators, the first time was a couple of years ago when I replaced all the radiators and towel rails in our house with horizontal flat radiators to add a more modern touch, they were great to deal with then and fantastic prices compared to other online retailers, I dealt with Gordon who I think is the owner and he is so helpful and responsive to any questions, so when my daughter wanted to update the heating in her flat I went straight back to Budget Radiators and once again they have come up trumps, an example of Gordon’s great customer service was I was looking for ‘corner’ non-thermostatic valves and couldn’t find anything suitable on their site, so I looked at other sites and found them priced between £30 to £40 per set, I emailed Gordon and within a few minutes he was back with some perfect valves he’d managed to source priced at just over £20, so just goes to prove the old adage ‘ it costs nothing to ask’ . Without doubt I cannot fault this company , their communication is quick with confirmation and delivery details emailed back in a flash, great prices and fantastic customer service ! Give them a go you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent service from Gordon. Went above and beyond to get us accurate information to ensure we could adjust our plumbers timings. Happy to answer any questions and available on the phone (which seems be a novelty these days). Karen

Having never bought a radiator before, it was hard to know where to start, and harder still during a pandemic. My husband & I were very keen to have a beautiful cast iron radiator for our bedroom, but found that either costs were ridiculous or customer service wasn't great. Finally after a lot of research we found Budget Radiators. I had so many questions for poor Gordon, who went the extra mile to help me. The best price around, great service and delivery. I ordered a Reina double panel aluminium radiator which arrived on time a week later, but unfortunately got damaged it transit, no fault of budget radiators. I emailed Gordon some pictures of the damage. He was very apologetic and contacted Reina and a replacement was despatched a few days later. The radiator is absolutely fantastic and the quality is excellent and some £30 cheaper than the closest competitors, excellent customer service. I highly recommend Budget radiators to anybody.

We ordered 6 triple column Victorian cast iron radiators from Gordon at Budget Radiators. Gordon was extremely helpful from start to finish with our enquiry and always responded to any queries very quickly and efficiently. The radiators are absolutely fantastic and the quality is excellent. Everybody who sees them comments on how good they look! We would strongly recommend Budget Radiators for your new cast iron rads.

Brilliant product and service. We purchased cast iron radiators from this company approx 5 years ago. Delighted with their appearance and performance. The TRVs work very well despite not looking overly technological (we didn’t want an incongruous looking temperature control on a heritage spec appliance). We’ve have a small leak from a value (5years on). Gordon could not have been more helpful in solving the problem. Fast and meaningful replies and follow up. Highly recommended company.

There was some initial confusion around our order, possibly due to the fact we ordered radiator valves all the way to Finland. After some emails and calls everything got sorted out and then everything went smooth. Just picked up the package and the valves look fantastic.

Excellent service. Contacted them looking for a specific TRV that everyone else was out of stock of. They were out of stock too, but pointed me to another brand which was 'very similar'. Turns out it was identical - just rebranded by a 'famous name' radiator manufacturer. Negotiated a small discount due to the large number of TRVs I actually needed, and they were delivered three days later.
