Wow. This level of service is so rare these days. Gordon was patient with all our enquiries and provided every bit of detailed information we needed, including technical information, delivery details and even passed on some personal points of view relating to quality and feedback received about our selected products. On top of all this, prices are very competitive. Highly recommended.

Gordon was absolutely brilliant. He really knows his radiators! He helped us choose the radiators style and accessories and kept us updated on production and delivery lead times. We bought 3 large traditional cast iron radiators. Lovely quality and excellent service and price.

I have just taken delivery of my new radiator from Budget radiators. Gordon took time to talk through my options, to discuss the merits of each option and to assist me in choosing the most suitable replacement for an old 1940s radiator which needs replacing.

I had been really messed around by another supplier, so approached Gordon for help - couldn't have been more helpful, checked the stock with the supplier, processed my order quickly, and contacted the supplier to expedite given my situation. The radiator and valves arrived spot on less than 24hrs later, and my refurb. is back on track.

Easy to get in touch with and explained everything really clearly and managed expectations in terms of radiator size, potential issues and delivery dates. The parts we needed (wall stays, thermostats etc) all arrived within 3 days of Ordering! Very quick! We expected to wait at least a month for the radiator as it is made to measure but it’s arrived already! Within 9 days if ordering! And the radiator itself looks Beautiful! We ordered the neo Georgian radiator as we need a slimline one for the space and it looks gorgeous even just sat on the pallet! Due to get it all plumbed in next week so will do a further review with photos then! But very impressed with this store and will be ordering many more radiators from them as we renovate the rest of the house! Thank you Gordon!

Fantastic value radiators that are amazing quality! Ordered a gorgeous cast iron radiator as a investment piece for our house, it is even more stunning than we anticipated. I had several questions to ask before hitting that 'buy' button and Gordon was more than happy to answer any question in a speedy manner. In conclusion the company offered amazing customer service and gorgeous products (which isn't how you usually describe a radiator :-D ). Now tempted to save up and replace all our old boring rads!

We were looking for brushed stainless steel radiators for our open plan apartment. After exchanging phone calls and emails with Gordon and receiving his clear and unbiased advice we realised that we would not get sufficient output (BTU’s). Gordon then recommended aluminium satin finish radiators which would give a similar finish and sufficient output (also £1000 less). He sent us photographs of one he had installed in his own home. He also provided details of the thermostatic valves and pipe covers. I placed the order on a Friday, the valves were delivered on the Tuesday and the radiators on the Wednesday. Absolutely first class experience from start to finish.

I took Gordon's advice on removing brush marks (bloom) on a polished stainless steel towel radiator.
The advice worked and the marks are gone.

So impressed with this company. Our cast iron radiator is stunning at a much lower price than any other company could offer it. Purchase was simple and delivery easy to organise. On fitting the radiator 6 months after purchase we found we had misplaced the air valve they responded to my panicked phone call enquiry immediately and sorted out a replacement for me straight away. Will definitely be back for the next radiator. Thank you.

I cannot thank Budget Radiators enough for their patience, knowledge and guidance. They have provided an excellent service and kept me informed throughout. Gordon has kindly navigated me through the process, from btu’s, size, valves and everything that is needed for a radiator. I feel that I know Gordon so well now, that I’ll be inviting him for Christmas dinner! Delighted with my beautiful cast iron radiator!

What can I say, my plumber was about to purchase radiators at a ridiculous price and valves we didn’t want so luckily I found budget radiators and spoke with Gordon who was not only knowledgeable but understanding, talked me through everything as we had very specific sizing and took all the stress away. He sorted a real headache for me and saved me a lot of money. The radiators arrived a few weeks ago and my plumber has mentioned what good quality they are as well as the fact he will now be looking to use Gordon’s services as it will save his clients thousands in the long run.
Dont be mistaken with the word budget as you just get quality with this company, service and the product.
