Our customer support person, Gordon could not have been more helpful. From giving invaluable technical advice to ensure we bought the correct radiators through to help ironing out minor wrinkles with the manufacturers he delivered throughout the process. And the radiators were great value for money

Bought 5 cast iron radiators in 2015. At the time i recall excellent value and great service dealing with budget radiators. 9 years later i ran into an issue with a radiator, without hesitation, honoured there warranty and gave the same great service i received 9 years earlier... can not recommend Gordon from Budget radiators enough

Our experience with Budget Radiators was nothing short of exceptional. We have a Victorian home and were in the market for traditional cast iron radiators that wouldn't break the bank. The Paladin range on offer at Budget Radiators caught our eye, they're lovely looking and affordably priced.

Being new to the world of radiators, figuring out the right size and understanding what BTU meant was initially quite daunting. However, once we got our heads around what we needed, Budget Radiators' website made the rest of the process straightforward. Their product pages are equipped with tables that simplify comparisons between different models and sizes, detailing exact sizing and BTU outputs, which are hugely helpful.

Gordon provided stellar service throughout, by phone and with quick responses to follow up emails.

The radiators themselves arrived quicker than expected and were accompanied by comprehensive care and installation guidelines. They now blend into our home perfectly, looking as though they were always meant to be there. The range of colour options on offer and wide choice of traditional-looking thermostatic valves and pipe covers complete the aesthetic.

We're thoroughly pleased with our choice to go with Budget Radiators and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Gordon made the experience great! He tried extremely hard to supply our radiators at the right price, and we were about to place the order, but Reina brought out a new price list. Unfortunately for Gordon we could find a company who held stock and would supply at the old price. Personally I would have preferred to go with Gordon, but the price rise was around 50%, so went for the new old stock.

My one and only complaint is somewhere along the line I was unaware it was a kerbside delivery ! As it was a stove and I live alone this did cause me problems as it weighs more than me

Budget Radiators, run by Gordon, has been an excellent company to deal with bearing in mind that going on line doesn’t always produce what one has hoped for… quite a few bad companies out there, which will quite happily take one’s money with minimum assistance or leave one with nothing.

Here, there is an actual human being with whom one can speak, which is so unusual in this day and age😊. Gordon is very knowledgeable and stays calm throughout, making helpful suggestions along the way, eg. things to look out for when measuring and whether to have in steel or aluminium, etc.

Now I started trying to organise new radiators throughout the house for my son in 2021, which then dragged on for months, as he and his wife couldn’t make up their minds about what to have as replacements. Eventually, they made an executive decision, but it took them nearly a year🙄.

In the meantime Gordon remained exceedingly patient and helpful. He calculated how many btu’s were required for each room and whether there would be the need to bend pipes in order for units to fit in the same spaces. We started with one brand and finished with another. By now the poor man must have been tearing his hair out!!

Over these months I made umpteen phone calls and sent many emails to the ever tolerant Gordon. He never gave up the hope of an order despite my ever constant pestering!! He was always there and we had a lot of laughs along the way. I think he ended up producing 7 versions of radiator sizes and manufacturers for my son to look at.

All the radiators and their fittings were delivered as ordered. There were no dinges or problems with anything. Naturally, everything had to be checked on arrival.

I would highly recommend Gordon as he really cares about his clients and the end result. There’s nothing better than happy customers, is there🤗? The prices are reasonable too.

Back in 2020 we purchased a large set of cast iron radiators for the renovation of our home. We experienced first class service from Gordon and were delighted with the quality of the product. We have since received many compliments for our traditional cast iron radiators, which pump out some serious heat. Perfect for an old house. Recently, we were installing the last radiator and found that we were missing a compression nut. We contacted Gordon, who was immediately on the case. Within a few days a replacement had arrived free of charge. Thank you Gordon and Budget Radiators for your faultless service.

We were placing a large order to replace all the radiators in our house, and wanted to have as much information as possible prior to order.

Gordon from the initial conversation was really helpful, friendly, polite, but above all knowledgeable about the products, and options. He put me at ease straight away, discussed valve options, colours and finishes for everything.

Once ordered he kept in touch with regards delivery, and the items arrived on the day he stated.

They have been installed yesterday and today, and the plumber installing said they were an outstanding quality radiator, and some of the best he’s installed, in fact he’s already contacted two clients showing him the website to look for their installation.

We have even been sent a lot of touch up paint for the exact colour in case of any mishaps.

I would happily recommend Budget radiators to anyone looking to invest in high quality cast iron radiators.

I would highly recommend Budget Radiators, the ease of ordering and the price could not be beaten.
Our radiator was delivered sooner than expected but had some damage (scratches and scuffs) that seem to have happened somewhere in transit.
We raised the issue with Gordon over the phone (yes you can actually talk to a real person) and with no hesitation he had sorted out a new replacement and collection of the scratched radiator within one day!!
There was no debate or awkwardness it was just sorted.
What a great guy and so refreshing these days to experience such uncomplicated and professional customer service.
I will definitely be telling all my contacts about this super company.
